Q: Can you install a car seat over the cover in the middle seat using two lower seat anchors?

You have to check with the car seat manufacture to make sure it’s safe. Graco seats usually allow it, but most other brands don’t.

Q: Has anyone tried this in a Toyota? I have a 2008 Corolla and I want to know if it will fit.

It fits well in my ford ranger, the seats are probably about the same size. They also sell these at Walmart although they are cheaper through amazon. Maybe you could get one there and try it on then take it back and order the cheaper one online.

Yes it will it just mite be a little bigger then the seat

Bungee not double stitched.

The bottom securing bungee was only single stitched, so upon tightening to the seat the stitching just gave way. I wasn't forceful, just using it as intended. If that was resolved, it would be a reasonably good seat cover.
