Comprehensive Prenatal Support In an Easy To Swallow Pill
I picked this full prenatal setup (multivitamin plus separate DHA) to get foundational pregnancy nutrition plus essential omega-3s, and it’s a solid choice for daily support. Nutrient profile: The prenatal multivitamin itself delivers a wide range of vitamins and minerals aimed at supporting fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum health. It includes key micronutrients like folate, choline, vitamin D, magnesium, and calcium at levels higher than many standard prenatals, which helps cover common nutritional gaps. Separately taking DHA (an omega-3 fatty acid) with the multivitamin ensures you get docosahexaenoic acid, which is recommended during pregnancy for fetal brain and eye development. Many prenatals don’t include omega-3s directly, so pairing them with a DHA supplement is often advised. Ease of use: Because the multivitamin has a broad spectrum of nutrients, the serving involves a larger number of capsules. Some users split their doses throughout the day with meals for better tolerance. Absorption & quality: FullWell’s products are formulated by registered dietitians and third-party tested, which adds credibility to the nutrient forms and overall purity. Taste & tolerance: As with many prenatal supplements, some people may find the capsules larger or more to take daily — but they mix well if opened into drinks or smoothies if preferred. Things to consider: • This combination requires taking separate supplements (multivitamin + DHA) rather than a single “all-in-one” pill. • If iron is needed, some healthcare providers recommend adding a separate iron supplement, since FullWell’s core prenatal doesn’t include it. Overall: A well-rounded prenatal regimen that covers foundational vitamins and minerals while letting you customize omega-3 intake with a dedicated DHA supplement. Great for people wanting a thorough, dietitian-built prenatal routine.

Keep pushing through
I’ve been taking FullWell Prenatals for 4 months now. This is my 3rd pregnancy. The beginning was rough. A daily dose is 8 capsules plus the fish oil. I had the lemon ones and the plain ones. I still gag everyday taking them, but the daily nutrition is unbeatable. I shopped around for vitamins and kept coming back to FullWell. I don’t eat eggs, so the choline is important to me. As well as the folate in the form of L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate. Customer service is impeccable. They gave me ideas and answered questions about how to best take and store the vitamins. Overall, the quality is unbeatable. The size and ease of swallowing could be better, but the discomfort is worth the nutritional value.

Expired Supplement
These have been by far the best prenatals! But recently the ones I received had a different taste to them so I was curious and checked the best by date turns out they are expired since 2024?! Not sure how that happened given we received it in January 2026. Always check the best by date!

Good Supplement, Bad Smell
The supplements work well. It didn’t taste like anything to me or make my stomach upset but they smell very unpleasant. I did use them my whole pregnancy and my OB said my prenatals were working well for me.

Highly recommend!
There are tons of nutrients perfect for a prenatal vitamin. I like that it’s an all around good multivitamin so I can buy two vitamin bottles instead of the 7 that I currently buy. Can’t wait to see what it does for my hair skin and nails as an added bonus

MFG vs Expiration date
I emailed the company because of some reviews on the expire date. The MFG is the manufacturing date, they are good for 2 years after that date! Just wanted to let people know for clarity.

Essential Vitamins
Great vitamins. Had to switch to take them at night. I have horrible nausea and very sensitive to smell. Before becoming pregnant I had no issues with these, now it’s just extra horrible experience to take them, I gag too much and get more nausea but they are the best, so I keep taking them.

Best prenatal I’ve ever tried!
These are the best prenatal vitamins I have ever taken. I take all at once with other vitamins as well and have not had any nausea at all. I’ve been taking them for 2 weeks. It’s a lot to take at once, but you can split it up. Will continue using these!
