Do not buy this if you want a load of wires hanging from the camera outside of your house or you drill the most enormous hole in your wall to put the wires through . If you look at the pictures you can figure just how big a hole you will have to drill, as the two sockets are hard wired. I purchased the version prior to this release which has one single small wire, so life was easy. I am sure it will be a great cam but just be aware.

Immediately disappointed with the fact the Rich Notifications(picture message)needs a subscription. Purchaser needs to keep this in mind when buying this product. Was going put it on the front porch, may just stick with my EZVIZ camera. Otherwise easy to set up

I'll be honest here the main reason for the low review is the audio. It's actually almost non-existent. Picture quality is ok but can stutter quite a bit even though I have full bars connection to my router. But the audio is just awful everything is muffled

Worked fine for 1 week, then got the dreaded flashing red light! Fails to connect to network. It had been working fine, then all of a sudden it went offline. Tried reset several times, sometimes connects to WiFi (router is 10 feet away) but then fails to pair. Nothing has been changed in terms of router setup or internet connection, so clearly a hardware fault. I have two of these cameras, the first one has been up and working for months, so obviously a problem with this unit. No point in box to talk to their customer service because there is essentially no such thing. If you’re lucky you might get one that works beyond the first few hours, but electronics being as it is, some units fail almost immediately.

Installed the camera, it worked great for 5 mins then it decided to look at the mounting point. Wouldn't pan around to the front view. Reset it and the camera went through it's maximum ranges of movement, then looked at the mounting point again...... Very disappointed that within mins its faulty, it wouldn't survive 1 stormy night in the Highlands so returning it

Piece of rubbish, the detection and notifications set up is extremely poor, its either going off every second when theres nothing there or it fails to pick up almost anything including walking out my door getting in my car on the driveway and driving off in it, it's 50% of the time as well not just the odd occurrence. I know how to set these things up too. Changing detection zones and sensitivity making no difference at all. clearly trying to force you to pay for the cloud subscription, which of course is the only way you get the A.I detection that the cameras are advertised as having...

The connectivity server on this device is terrible, it worked OK in the house but as soon as I set the device up outside I had nothing but buffering, so I tried setting it to my extender WiFi and haven't been able to connect at all since. Not happy

Without doubt the worst camera that I have bought. Constantly needs resetting and rebooting. Clips disappear without warning. It has been impossible for me to keep the camera in a stationary position overnight. Overall this has proved to be a dreadful waste of money and a large blot on the reputation of the makers. There are far better on the market.
