what solar panels can be connected?

I wouldn't buy this wind turbine if I was you. Mine needs to be replaced with a proper one. I have constant wind where Im located and I only get maybe 1W out of it. Blades turn slow no matter how much wind. and it's positioned 30ft high. Half of Ecoworthy products I have purchased so far were a big let down. Ony things working properly are the solar panels and the batteries (So far). But inverters were junk, wind turbine is junk.

Can you control the rpm for the generator? can you lower it to 400 rpm?
