Great sweat session!
This waist trainer definitely gets the job done it fits comfortably stay securely in place during workouts and makes you sweat like crazy high quality it does have a smell but it isn’t bad !

This sweat band is absolutely AMAZING!! I paired it with a sweat-inducing hot cream & within 3 minutes my body is dripping with sweat. The Velcro has a strong hold & it is easily adjustable to fit your body type.

fair for the price
it’s okay, i was looking for another brand i had purchased before but it was no longer available, this one was cheapest and looked similar so i figured whatever. for the price i think its fair enough, it does the job and makes you sweat - i personally don’t mind the smell too much - but it’s there, like new shoes/tires. the velcro is extremely strong, almost to the point where its difficult to take on and off 😅- after throwing it in the wash the fabric side gets really stretched out, my older one didn’t do that. it’s also more narrow than my older one so it doesn’t cover as much but it’s also cheaper so - overall pretty good :)

Not for curvy girls.
I wanted to use this belt for a little while before writing a review. Im a cna, 12 hours shifts. A curvy girly who loves the gym too. I wear it during my shifts for back support but my curvy girlies this is not for us. The band has a habit or rolling when bending, it serves its purpose but dont spend the money if youre not prepared to readjust ths band every few hours. Again, I love this belt. Snatches me up and helps me lose weight but the rolling and it pinching isn't fun.

Makes you Sweat
Love how tight you can make this. I definitely sweat more with it. The Velcro is super strong and sticks the whole workout. You can also adjust it mid workout if needed. I love the pink color too. Very pretty
