Rock and roll grinder !
A small hand held coffee bean grinder akin to excellence !!! Our ritual of “coffee?” “”Yes please!” Every morning has been heightened by the aroma of freshly …might I say , expertly, ground coffee beans. Oh the smugness in our house now !!! Organic beans ! Freshly ground! Raw milk. Touch of cream ! It’s a taste of heaven. Sadly we never go out for coffee anymore as we look at a cafe and think “nahhhh …. I can make better at home !!” We have finally turned into old people content in our habits. Highly recommend the grinder if you’re willing to leave your rock and roll years behind ! Sex and drugs optional !

Would highly recommend.
Pros: Comparing with my old hand grinder, the grind consistency is way better. Much fewer unwanted fines so my filter paper didn't get clogged even with a finer grind setting. I do pour over at home, and would definitely recommend it for that. I don't know about its performance with other brew methods. Very nice grinder! Cons: Adjusting the grind setting is a little painful however, as there is no absolute scale. You start from the finest position and then adjust out with a stepped grind adjustment and you count the number of steps. It's probably not something fixable, however, because of the range of the grinder. The hopper is also a little small. I tend to brew 30g portions, so the 25g capacity (really about 28g) means I have to batch it. The catch bin can hold the full 30g of grounds. I don't mind batching it in, but it might be a reason to go for the C3 Max Pro. The folding handle is very nice for storage, and would be very annoying to store otherwise. It is an extra moving part, however, so I'm hoping it doesn't break as I've been unable to source any spare parts for this grinder in the UK.

A must for coffee lovers
I'd been using a blade coffee grinder for a while and wondered what the big deal about freshly ground coffee was - didn't seem to taste any better, even when grinding small quantities using a pulse process to avoid overheating or burning the beans. I decided on the Timemore C2 Fold after quite a bit of research. The difference is amazing! My coffee tastes as it should, and I can appreciate the quality of the roast and the nuanced flavour notes in the bean. The product is very easy to use. Took me a while to get the hang of it because of the way the instruction manual is set out, but there are some excellent reviews here which detail how to set up and use the product. I find that 2 tablespoons of beans (I use the measure that came with my cafetiere) is enough for one mug (around 250ml of water) and take about 30 seconds to grind. I like to savour my freshly ground coffee on leisurely mornings off, and this product is an excellent addition to that ritual. It's space saving, sleek, very easy to use and clean, and excellent value for money. If, like me, you think that good coffee is one of life's small pleasures, then this product is a must. I'll add that I bought this product and have not been asked to provide a review.

Great for espresso grind
Got it for my partner as our electric grinder isnt as precise for the espresso machine. Sleek, easy to use, amazing grind and Im obsessed with the brush it comes with - amazing soft bristles, I use it for both grinders now. Only downside is that I am not the most skilled person and dropped it flat on the ground after only a week of use. I thought the kitchen tile had cracked, the grinder weighs a ton, but luckily the tile was intact. The grinder however dented a bit at the edge of the opening, which doesnt affect the performance but it “catches” a bit when used. I do not fault the grinder at all, it was 100% on me - and I gotta say Im glad the kitchen tile didnt crack.

Well made, so far so good
I had a Moulinex electric grinder which worked for over 40 years. Replaced that with a Salter which conked out after 2 years, pathetic. Now gone for this C3 model manual grinder which is well-made (good weight, like something made in Germany or Sweden in the late 20th century) but small. It grinds very well indeed, has several settings for different grinds and produces enough for one large cup which is ok for me these days. The weak point is probably the hinged handle though this has a spring-loaded sleeve to help take the stress. It rotates firmly and satisfyingly enough though, and the grinder itself has steel burrs (ceramic are the trendiest it seems) not a blade - but IMO the beans don't care what they are ground with. So far so good. This is very suitable for travelling I should think.

Great quality, easy to use
I bought an Aeropress as a cheap way of making coffee while camping (£30 and great reviews), and I was so impressed by the great coffee it made that I joined an Aeropress Facebook group and cheap went out the window. Thermostatic kettles, expensive beans, and a quality hand grinder are, it turns out, all essential components to a great coffee. So I asked in the FB group for recommendations for a grinder, and the Timemore Chestnut was the most recommended. The quality is great - it feels really premium and well made. Grinding is effortless, it’s easy to clean, and it looks good. It’s small, but one load of beans is perfect for one cup, so it makes a great accompaniment to the Aeropress. I highly recommend this grinder (and the Aeropress!)

Good.
For the price I paid it's a very good hand grinder.

Hand comfort
Great grind but the circumference of the mill would be much more comfortable to hold if it were larger.

Solid quality espresso grinder
For the price, this grinder offers consistency and quality similar to that of electric grinders 5 times its price. The espresso model has such a fine grind size adjustment, the first couple times I tried it, the coffee was too fine for my espresso maker to fill full shots, using light roast. After dialing the grind size it, it makes uniform grinds that yield high quality shots. It takes a bit of tinkering on the front end, but the construction and grind consistency are exceptional for the price. I’m very happy with this grinder. It takes me about 30-45 seconds to grind an 18 gram shot of light roast, not difficult at all imo.

Great grinder
Love this. The folding handle is great for storage. The setting is easy to use and very repeatable if you need to change it for a different brew method or different beans. Love that it isn’t black as most are. The quality of the grind is very good and consistent.

Lo volvería a comprar
Uno de los mejores molinos que he probado, el tamaño es ideal, las muelas hacen el molido muy rápido, un poco complicado entenderle a los clics pero es cuestión de practica, el empaque es bello y lo protege súper bien

Excellent Quality Grinder
I have had this grinder for 2 years and while it is not the primary grinder for home use it travels with us to Mexico for our 3 month winter stay, camping and out of town trips, and is handy to use at the house for a quick afternoon pour-over. It is built like a tank and very easy to adjust the proper grind settings for all brewing methods. My previous grinder was a Java Press which functioned well but had a smaller diameter that made grinding a little tiresome and with a smaller bean capacity. Yes, it cost more but it is so well built and durable that it very well could be something I'll hand down to my grandkids. Definitely rates 5 stars.

Great product
This is a great coffee grinder. It did come with some stuff in it that looked like it was used. But we were on vacation when we ordered it. We cleaned it out and my hubby figured out how to change the grid on it and he loves how easy it is to use.
