Using baheda without seed
Very good stuff. Now I can eat baheda fruit alone for pitta kapha dosha shaman/shanti. The powders available in market must be grinding seed along with fruit. seed powder is not recommended for eating. But who knows what is inside triphala powder 😎. Always consult ayurveda practitioners for advice .

Waste of Money. Rotten and Fungal infected.
Most of the seeds are fungal infected and can not be ate or planted. Waste of money. Very bad quality.
