[3 Pack] Outdoor Extension Cord Safety Cover, IP44 Waterproof Connection Protector, Weatherproof Electrical Box, Green

I had good luck with about 8 of these covers. I used them to connect an extension cord end to bug zappers. All except one defective unit had only very minimal moisture inside after about two months of use. I oriented them approximately horizontal to keep moisture from going into the end. I don't know if that position was a requirement. There was not enough moisture to trip a ground fault protector that feed the electricity. The damaged unit had a closing tab that broke off when I first tried to use it. I used the unit to see what would happen. I found that the one broken off tab allowed the unit to be cracked open enough to allow use as a home for many earwigs. I decided to try and contact the seller (same as the actual brand name). When I finally realized that "Visit the Flemoon Direct storefront" meant I would not find an internet address for them, I used the seller link from the Amazon product page to open to their "Flemoon Direct" seller page. From there I was able to send the a message about the defective unit. The reply was prompt as well as the replacement that came swiftly. I am providing a 5 star rating boosted by their support response.

I used these for protecting heavy gauge cords. It took a lot of force for me to close and secure the latches, and the plastic seams on the latches were visibly stressed. I wasn't able to get one to seamlessly close on the one with heavy gauge cords on both ends, but a lighter duty and heavy duty gauge was able to close seamlessly. Will follow up after some months of use.

Item is as described.

This product is exactly what I needed and expected. Easy to use, sturdy and it blends well into the garden area. The only thing better than this product is the company's customer service. I initially bought the wrong size, months before the holiday season and didn't check the size in time before my exchange window had closed. I reached out to customer service and without delay, they not only sent me the size I needed, but they also allowed me to keep the smaller size.

these are amazing! We’ve had torrential rains and a foot of snow in the northeast and they had no effect on our outdoor Christmas light setup. Absolutely waterproof and even held up in subzero temperatures with snow covering them. Would buy them again in a heartbeat
