I've kept theese properly in a cricket keeper with oats , and food , ive only one lizard and he will eat one of theese and not eat much else for a couple of days, ..if you look after theese they will last months . Be aware they can nip , and older / larger species such as beardies will make short work of theese . my gecko loves theese and the fact that they can move around quite quickly , his tail indicates he enjoys ' hunting them ' , he also makes sure he grabs them by the head . Some Reviews suggest removing or crushing the heads . great for dusting & ensure the extra vitamins and calcium are correct . Theese take a little more time for my wee Chap to digest given their shells are tougher than meal worms etc ..I will find him happily basking up on top of his hide if he's had a morrio ;) All in all , I'd highly recommend the seller , quality of theese worms are first class .. Worms were all a good size , alive and healthy . A fair size too & still growing . Normally very good, and lasts quite a while with good strong packaging. Unfortunately this time I received what looked to be mealworms in a more flimsy packaging. Not the end of the world but much much smaller than the Morio worms I was expecting
