Earbuds not working

Music works well but can't seem to sync to Bluetooth

Very Disappointed Within This Product. As The Watch Is Then Generally Fine But Unfortunately Only One Of The Earbud Earphones Are Then Not Working. This Is Then Unacceptable For The Price Of £23 Of The Price. I Really Do Expect Much Better & For Atleast For Both Earbud Earphones To Then Be Working Properly. I Then Urge Caution Whilst Buying This Product. Could Not Then Contact The Seller Direct That's A Clue. What A Rip Off. So I Am Then Sending The Product Straight Back & A Complete Refund.

Didn't last long,battery dies after 3 weeks,probably get better versions elsewhere

These arrived in a colourful branded box. Once opened there are two boxes inside. One box contains the strap and the other the watch, charging lead and instructions within a bespoke plastic tray. The presentation in my opinion is quite nice. First impressions: the watch is fairly thick to accommodate the earbuds, but not actually as thick as I thought it would be. All the finishing looks good, and the charging receptacle is quite good, and certainly better than the ones that rely on just a magnetic connection. The strap is rubber, and fits well to the watch, and is comfortable when worn. The ear pods are very small, and a basic design to fit into the watch. I put the watch on charge and had a read through the instruction sheet. The instructions have a link to the Powerband application which I then put onto my phone. After the watch was charged I went through linking the watch and ear pods to my phone and application, I found this a straight forward process. I have been using the watch for several days now, wearing it day and night. I really like the display which is nice and clear with a good touch screen response. The Powerband app is good, and stores the data from the watch allowing you to see a good breakdown of your activity on a daily basis along with over a long period. I like the available watch faces which are easy to change, and some being animated along with very easy to change. I have been using the ear pods which work well but are very basic with an acceptable sound quality but certainly far from the best. They do not have any of the more up to date features such as ANC, environmental controls or ambient sound, and are not adjustable in the app. I found the phone call quality with these wasn’t the best either. Overall I have a mixed opinion on this device. The watch performs really well, along with having a good supporting application. The ear pods I find more of a novelty as the watch does not have onboard storage for music, and you still need your phone to play music. If the watch had onboard storage or could take a micro SD card I would think the ear pods very useful, but as it doesn’t I only see them being used when you have not got any or forgotten your own earbuds.

Earbuds stay charged for about 5 minutes

When I was originally given the opportunity to review this item the price tag was a whopping £149.99 - which left me astounded when the gadget first arrived. I liked the idea of having some airbuds built into the watch, it felt like a “next gen” kind of situation - but when actually using the item with my 11 year old son it quickly became apparent that the quality was poor. So, having used this item for a few weeks I logged on to amazon to bemoan the quality v price point… only to see that it’s now for sale at sub £25 - which is about right for the product - a cheap pair of earbuds and a cheap smart watch that a kid would enjoy using before the novelty of such an item inevitably wears off and the watch/buds are eventually consigned to the bottom of the messy drawer. So - you get the basic functions on this watch - can listen to music, make calls, track steps… etc etc - all pretty standard on the hundreds of watches available. The earbuds aren’t great at all, my son complained of the music “disappearing” every so often as the bluetooth function dropped out. This watch and buds are what they are - cheap tech that’ll make a nice stocking filler if you’re just looking for a cheap item to give to someone. I can’t imagine that people will still be using it a year or so after purchased - but at this price point of sub £25 you probably wouldn’t expect it to last that long anyway. Middle of the road product at a realistic price.
