Effectiveness is actually good! I recommendf taking it with oxyshred
So far I have been tasking this with the oxyshred cosmic blast flavour which tastes alright. I can drink it easily. So far, the effect whilst taking this with oxyshred is that I dont feel as hungry anymore and I don't have cravings for sugery foods or highly salted products, it's been working really well for me.

Rancid taste
Yet to see the benefits. But got it today and it tastes horrendous! Like bile when youre sick! Mixed with juice and could still taste it. If it helps like it says it should... ill stick it out but my oh my for something thats not meant to have taste.......
