What size should i order for a size 12?

i wouldnt order tbh. No idea on sizing as i ordered what should have been 1 size bigger, which the tag showed when it arrived, but was unable to put on as seemed about 6 sizes too small!

Exactly what size would I need for a 22/24? That is a bit unclear.
