I absolutely love this hoodie. It is very soft, perfect size, thick material, easy to throw on. The only thing I don’t like is the inability to fit my phone in the pocket. Otherwise it is perfect.

I love these hoodies! I have it in 4 colors. I was really shocked to see the "frequently returned" mark on this and some bad reviews so I waited until I washed it several times to post a review. After having these hoodies for several months now, they are my absolute favorite - and I cannot tell you how many hoodies I own. This hoodie is such high quality! Very thick and durable. I've washed them several times and there is no piling, no damage to zippers or shrinking. It is also super warm! I live in an area with warm winters and this does the trick for me most days. No extra jacket needed. I will say that this hoodie looks best zipped all the way up! It is the perfect length. I got a medium and I am 5'4" and 120lbs. I would say this is worth the value but I always wait for them to go on sale and then buy a new color! Highly recommend.

**update** I ordered the coffee grey color as well and it is not as thick or cozy as this grey one so I’m returning it. It also seemed to fit differently, and probably would have been better in a small. Love this hoodie. Thick and comfy. Perfect crop. I normally wear a small but got a medium, I’m 5’6” 120 lbs. I haven’t washed it yet so I don’t know if it will shrink or not, but it fits perfect now and color is exactly to picture. Hood is decent sized. Pockets are a little small and far back, but they work. Just ordered another color I love it so much.

Man, I really wanted to love this sweatshirt and prove the “frequently returned” warning wrong, but unfortunately, I understand it now. First, there was an **odd smell right out of the package**. I’m sure it would probably wash out, but it was noticeable enough to mention. The biggest issue for me is the fit. I’m **5'3" and 120 lbs.**, and this was much more fitted and tight than I expected. I definitely don’t have long arms, but the **sleeve-to-thumb-hole ratio seems off**. Using the thumb holes just didn’t feel natural or comfortable. I actually **love the cropped length**, but even putting my hands into the front pockets feels awkward because of how fitted the sweatshirt is. It’s just not that relaxed, comfortable hoodie feel I was hoping for. There are definitely some positives. The **material is nice and thick**, the color is great, and the hood has a substantial feel with a nice design around the neck. I also really like the **wide, sturdy zipper**, which makes it feel more elevated and better quality. Unfortunately, the good details aren’t enough to overcome the uncomfortable fit for me. **This one is going back.**

I was nervous with the varying reviews, but fresh out of the package this hoodie is so comfortable and fits so well. Sits right where I wanted it to right at/above my hips. The hoodie is big enough to fit and cover all my hair (it’s big and dense). I love the way it looks zipped all the way up, but it’s also so cute when zipped half way or left open. The only thing that is off about it is the thumb holes are a little snug because the sleeves, although fit me perfectly, have no give for stretching/lifting your arms if utilizing the thumb holes. But not a big deal, I rarely use thumb holes anyway. The zipper is smooth and doesn’t seem like it’ll be problematic. I’ll be visiting areas where it’s cold in the evenings and I can’t wait to cozy up by some fires in this. My measurements are 35, 26, 36, I’m 5’1,123 pounds with a more athletic build and I got a small.

The quality of this zip up hoodie is much better than I expected! It’s a medium weight, soft yet durable and washes very well! I have three colors and they are all beautiful.

I originally purchased this in a baby blue colour and loved it. Great style, fit, and slightly cropped length, but still covering the top of the waistband of my tights. It was also the same fabric as any other hoodie, with a nice warm fleece lining. I then purchased this and was shocked to find it completely different - a shiny exterior, not a matte black, it was also shorter and smaller with no pockets. Was disappointed but the company did refund my purchase, which I appreciated.

This jacket is not anywhere near close to what was advertised. The colour is completely different, the material is cheap and the fit is off, with the waist band being completely loose and flimsy. The seller would allow a refund but at my own cost for return postage, to send back from Australia it costs more to ship than what I paid for. So now I am stuck with a purchase that is not at all what I thought I was paying for. I would avoid buying this jacket.
