A lot of different tools, but to be honest not what I was expecting but it did clean many specific areas of the phone. It’s entirely plastic, so for durability I wouldn’t drop it or anything but the pieces fit tightly into their slots and can connect to the end of of the pieces for ease of use. The quality is all right, again, plastic, but this is also an affordable product. I feel like this is meant for more ports and air pods, so if you’re looking for something that cleans your screen, edges, or the glass behind your phone, I would recommend a different product. All though this comes with a microfiber cloth, it just says to use water on it but then you have a soaking wet cloth. If you have AirPods, a dirty port, or speakers, this is a good product for you as it comes with the necessary tools to get the job done. Performance is great, it has a tool for really everything and is very versatile between all iPhones. My charge port got a little messy from bringing my phone into a choppy sand bar during a fun boat ride, and it got really wet and this was a life safer with the many port options. Great for ports! Great for speaker grilles! Great for AirPods!

I am beyond satisfied with this product! My phone was having the most difficult time charging. The charger would literally just fall out, especially if it wasnt at just the right angle. After a couple of frustrating months of really struggling to keep my phone charged, I was scared that I was going to need to buy a whole new phone. And in this economy, that just isn’t an option, so I took the chance on buying this kit. I am so, so happy that I did! This is everything that came out of my phone! So much was stuck in there and this kit had the perfect tools for me to get it all out. Took me maybe 10 minutes at most to get all of this fluff out of my charger. And now, my phone has been charged great and the charger isn’t slipping out anymore! This kit completely remedied the issues I was having as well as the fear of having to buy a new phone. Best money I could’ve spent and way cheaper than a new IPhone!

The product arrived a day later than advertised but it did have another product that was arriving with it and given the recent news that’s causing delays in delivery is of nobody’s fault so I don’t mind. I cannot review the entire points that I try to make in order to help buyers understand the product before they make a decision as the product that I had purchased arrived with packaging that had no tape or anything that adhered the top and as you can see in the pictures above the top of the box is slightly opened at the top right hand side to the middle. Upon opening (the rest of the way at least) the product has everything in it accounted for, the instructions are pretty difficult to understand and could easily lead to confusion, which could lead to a problematic situation. I did check if everything was accounted for and if everything was as it claimed to be in the description, which I can confirm that it is. The cleaning tools in this kit has an extension that also doubles as a camera lens and phone screen wiper for dust and fingerprint removal, but upon trying each tool (as far as inserting the tool into the extension tool is not very useful as there’s nothing to hold the tool in place and it is prone to falling out. The liquid solution in the clear vile (second picture, last item in the back row on the right side) was leaking out from the what I assume is the lid that wasn’t sealed properly, resulting in my fingers getting drenched in the stuff. The manual is even more vague about how much to use, and what the liquid even is, resulting in my immediate concern about my safety as well as the safety of my equipment and devices so I left everything as it came and I will be returning the product. Our family just narrowly survived an apartment fire almost a week ago and I have not had time to do any more reviews or returns on my pre return items that I pray that customer service or the seller is willing to work with me on. But quality, (this is my personal experience so please note that everyone’s experience is going to vary) is about a 3/10 versatility seems pretty plentiful for just about any iPhone, Android, earbuds or chargers/charging cables and ports that have accumulated dust, dirt and other particles over time. The tools are very device friendly, except for one or two that have a very sharp tip or abrasive tip on it and I wouldn’t recommend using them unless you’re testing them on a device or charger that is not your primary device or charging mechanism. Appearance is in need of improvement, not sure how it would affect charging and the value for money is a 5.5/10 for me Some things that the company can do to improve their customer satisfaction and sales experience is to, 1.) update your user manual to make it easier to understand, in the case that one of your customers accidentally damages their device or charger. 2.) give clear instructions on how much liquid solution to use and where to put it as well as the ingredients for the solution. 3.) Offer some sort of solution for any accidental damage caused by the vague and not beginner friendly instructions whether it’s a device protection system in the form of a certain amount of money that can cover the cost of repairs and replacements due to the lack of proper educational materials that come with the product, (or something similar to that effect. 4.) You have customers who are not very tech savvy and may have some intellectual disabilities and may need more clear, concise and informative advice on how to use the product. Would I recommend purchasing this product? Based on the numerous encounters of issues with the product in a whole, I cannot recommend this product to anyone who is not familiar with the brand and the product itself. I PLEASE Recommend that you read this review before purchasing this product and to the business, I hope that my recommendations have helped you to make better choices and safety precautions in the very near future and I will be happy to test it. Until then I cannot take any more chances. Thank you for allowing me to share my experience and feedback with the product.

This product works great! My phone would not charge without holding the cord a specific way. The cleaner it came with and the little brush has made it work perfectly again! Got a lot of junk out!

I was having a serious issue with my Android usb port. Every time I would charge my phone, it would start and stop randomly, and thought that possibly this one thousand dollar phone was dying, so I purchased a wireless charger to be able to charge my phone, but soon realized that that was going to be difficult to have with me all the time I needed it, so I decided to start looking more closely at the possibility that it may be an issue other than the phone dying. I found a lot of videos about usb ports on cell phones to have similar issues, and it was due to the fact that the usb port was dirty or had some sort of obstruction. I then got out my alcohol and swabs to try and clean the port, but soon realized that the swab was a bit too big and I wasn't able to get down inside the port for a more thorough clean, and I didn't want to break anything so I decided to search Amazon for an alternative way of cleaning the port. I found this cleaning kit and thought I would give it a try. Once I received this in the mail, I immediately opened the package with excitement, found the correct tool for my phone, and went to work. I used a couple different tools in the kit for a more thorough clean, and then I took out my jewelers magnifying glass to check my work. MERCY - the usb port looked as new as the day I purchased the phone. I was excited to plug in my phone to see if it would charge without stopping... After about 5 minutes of charging, I knew that YES - this worked, and I was so relieved that I didn't have to buy a new phone. It has been a few months since I made this purchase, and my phone is still charging like a champ - thanks to this cleaning kit. Thank you for creating this cleaning kit, and I am sure that I will be using this on other phones or other devices that have usb port in the future with excitement. Excellent product that I highly highly recommend. If you are struggling with the decision to get this - DON"T, just go ahead and make the purchase - you will not be sorry...
