Is this a suitable toy for a baby? 20" version.

I don’t see a problem with it. It doesn’t have anything loose on it that a baby could accidentally swallow. I bought it for my 3 year old toddler which he loves sleeping with it!

As it flattens after time...is there a zipper so I can add more stuffing?

We bought the set of two small weighted ducks and they are super cute. There is a zipper to access the weighted bag and/or add more stuffing to fluff if needed.

Are the large and small ones equally soft? Well, I'm more concerned about whether it's "inflated" enough, not hollow.
