DO IT!!
As someone with a connective tissue disorder( hEDS) I have a lot of GI issues. This stuff is magic!!! Very little side effects, works wonders provides great combo for clearing out guts. Super easy to take 2 pills twice a day. Maybe if you’re sensitive take just 1 and see how you feel. Make sure you chug a lot of water with it. Doesn’t taste the best but that’s fine if it works. WHICH IT DOES!!! I used to take upwards of 8 laxatives a day with no luck but on day 3 of this wow wow wow!!! I think when I’m past the 10 days recommended I’ll take just 1 a day or so. This stuff is magic.

It works but it as well as Dr. Tobias. You need to take it for 2-3 days if you have constipation concerns. Drink lots of water with it.

Natural fiber and probiotic supplement
Been using this colon cleanser for many years, through various iterations. The formula has changed but the basic function has not. I use it every day, helps keep me regular. It is not a cure all so combine the use of this product with good nutrition including fresh fruits and vegetables and good sources of natural fiber. A probiotic and fiber supplement together in one product.

Be prepared for the worse cramping ever...but...
I guess everyone reacts differently to this. I've see reviews that say no cramping but I have to say this was the WORSE stomach aches/cramping, I have ever experienced. It was absolutely debilitating BUT.....that may just be me. The product worked beside that.

very helpful for people with GERD /LPR
if you suffer from GERD /LPR / or severe acid reflux or acidity which just wont go away after treatments , then this may cure you....after one year of unbearable pain of acidity with all treatment options failing , colon cleanse worked for me .....do not take this as a medical advice its just my story it may or may not be useful for your GERD , consult your doctor but a colon cleanse usually dosent hurt anyone

did the job, satisfying result
glad i found this. constipation is my problem since ages. and colon cleanse really does it job. took 1 dose (2 capsules) in a day and its enough to drain my stomach.
