It feels like, if you drop it from the top of your house, it’s going to survive the crash. Although I expected to receive a wheel made of cast iron or any alloy, I’m happy with the product all over. One of the things bothering me (and it shouldn’t) is, that there is a spring inside the bar, which stops the wheel rolling further when your body gets to an outstretched position. It’s a bit like those toy cars from the past with a mechanism, where you pull the car backwards to release it and the car moves fast to the other end of the room. What does that mean for the ab roller? When you outstretch your body the spring tightens the wheel and that makes it easier on your muscles. Pulling your arms back is equally easier. At the moment I’m happy with such kind of help but in the future I would be happy if that spring breaks.
