It says not to lift it by the pole but there's no wheels or anywhere to get your fingers under.** A: I used a small handcart and used the pole to tilt slightly so the handcart could slide under. **Q: What is the correct width? Diagram shows 19-3/4” but description says 18” wide. Thank you** A: 19-3/4 is correct **Q: Is the hardware stainless?** A: The screw is stainless. The tube is some kind of painted metal. **Q: What is the diameter of the base?** A: I do not like this base.
