Great smart watch at an unbelievable price
I ordered the Ruimen smart watch as a backup for my Samsung Galaxy 5 smart watch. I wanted to see what you got for a watch that is 1/10 the cost. ($30+ to $300+) I expected junk, but I got a beauty instead. First off, let me say the Ruimen does not have all the whistles and bells that my Samsung watch has. But what it does have is a lot. I mostly just track steps as I want to walk 8,000 steps a day. Being the nerd I am, I wore both watches for 3 days to see how the step count went. To my surprise, the 1st day the difference was only 0.8%. Second day was 0.6% different Third day was 1.7% different. So both watch tracked very closely to one and another. So I would say the Ruimen was just as accurate as the Samsung watch. Things I like about the Ruimen... Start up time. It takes 5 seconds to boot up from off. My Samsung takes 2 agonizingly slow minutes... Come on Samsung, you can do better than that. BPM. You get a constant beats per minute with the Ruimen. I even put on a watch face that showed bpm continuously. The Samsung you had to be in a sport tracking mode or go to a specific app on the phone to see bpm. 5 day battery life. The Samsung gives me 30 hours at the most, so I am left having to charge it every night. Ironically you can have it track your sleeping but that doesn't work when it is on the charging stand at night. Email display. The Ruimen instantly showed on my screen when I got a text or email. (Although the font was very tiny for these old eyes.) Samsung would check every 15 minutes or so then tell me (but with bigger font that I could read easier.) Price - The Ruimen is 1/10th the price of the Samsung. As far as value (benefits / cost) the Ruimen is a clear winner. Walking app (when it worked.) GloryFit uses GPS to track you walking and put it on a map. Samsung uses an archaic system of asking how tall you are, then it estimates your stride length and uses that to calculate distance (steps x stride length). I have a short waist and long legs. My wife has a Garmin Lilly which uses GPS to track distance. I am consistently 20% short on my distance when we walk together using Samsung. GloryFit nailed the distance. Here is what I don't like about the Ruimen watch. At first I thought there were only 4 watch faces on it. But through the GloryFit app, you have a 100 watch faces to choose from. The picture shown in this review is one of them. The disadvantage is you can only load ONE optional watch face at a time. So it you want to change the watch face, you need to go to GloryFit and change it there. Takes less than 1 minute to change the watch face. Samsung allows you to download many more to your watch. And you have a ton more 3rd party watch faces to can add to the Samsung. I have some issues with the GloryFit fitness tracker app. The installation instructions were for an older version of Android. The instructions ask you to find a place to have the GloryFit app load at watch startup. It is not in Android now. But no worries, it happens automatically when you load the app onto your phone. I also had some connectivity issues when I tried one of the 100+ sports app settings. I did get the walk feature to work finally, and it tracked my walk via GPS perfectly. Other times it wouldn't connect to my watch. Don't know why. Samsung has a lot more apps that work on that watch an Reimen. Most I don't use. In summary, the Ruimen is a much better value that the Samsung if money is an issue. But if you want all the whistles and bells, I still like my Samsung and will continue to wear it. The Ruimen is going to be my trusty backup and I will wear it when I travel or are out in harsh environments.

A great value for excellent basic functionality!
I bought this on behalf of someone else to give as a gift to her daughter. I did take a good look at it before handing it over, and it was definitely stylish, and based on my experience with other smart watches of this caliber, unless I hear otherwise from her, I'm going to tell you that it works quite well! I'm only sorry I forgot to snap a photo of it before I handed it over. But I can tell you that it looks exactly as advertised. These economical and sporty smart watches are really quite wonderful, especially in terms of accurately tracking health and activity. The only ones I've had trouble with are the ones that are slightly more expensive. But you can trust this particular brand for its functionality, battery life and style based on my past experience. This particular version has a very large watch face which is quite welcome for many! If my friend runs into any problems with her watch, I will update this review, and if you see no updates, then you can rest assured all I have spoken here continues to be accurate. For now, I know she is tickled pink (which is the color of the watch band she bought for it as well)! It's very convenient to be able to change out the bands.

Impressive for the price point!
Impressive for the price point! This smart watch packs a punch! Lightweight, stylish and versatile, this little guy gives you endless options to fit your needs. With lots of customizable watch faces, sport types (it had more modes than my Garman did) and tracking it has come in handy since my beloved Garman vivoactive 3 wore out. I’ve always wanted to track my sleep but hated wearing anything on my hands/wrists at bedtime because I have sensory processing issues. However, wearing this watch didn’t bother me and it was perfect for sleep tracking! It shows my call logs, texts (I discovered as long as they aren’t muted on your phone they’ll show up on your watch) and I can even call others and talk to them directly from my watch! The tiny speaker has impressive output for the price point (it’s not on par with say, an Apple Watch speaker, but it’s clear and gets the job done!) and I love that it’s waterproof and I can wear it while showering or swimming! It has an alarm clock but doesn’t come with sounds, just vibrates and “talks” to you. The funny part is it says “incoming call“ which is what happens when someone calls your phone so I woke up to it thinking my husband was talking to me then realized it was my watch alarm. That would be the one adjustment I would suggest—changing that to music or something other than an abrupt voice that makes you think your phone is ringing. Other features I love include the flashlight app (handy for when I take my dog out at night and forget my phone/flashlight) and the ability to sync it to the health app on my iPhone! The English is slightly broken on the app/instructions but I never found it to be a hindrance from using or understanding how to set up my watch. All in all, very satisfied with this smart watch!

Great Price, good quality and lightweight
easy to set up. Functional but Counting my steps and measuring my sleep cycle didn't work. The Step Counter wasn't accurate and the sleep data upon waking up was always blank..even after an entire week to learn my movement and biometrics baseline...

NOT THIS ONE - JUST KEEP LOOKING
Update: Ordered Nov. 12, 2023, it is now Jan 30, 2024 - it won't even charge properly. I attached the charger, it charges to maybe 22% and will go no further, disconnect then reconnect, gets to 35%, disconnect then reconnect, I am now at 67%; I plugged it in YESTERDAY MORNING! I wish I could give this watch negative stars! Review on 12/13/2023: I wore the RUMEN Smart Watch for a month, I received zero information on the watch nor the app for any of the reports offered, and then all of a sudden (today!) they suddenly showed up. The manual is just shy of completely useless. It isn't like I have not frequently looked at each area, selected each item to be turned on, opened the app frequently to keep the watch and app connected and updated, and messed with every selection several times in an attempt to get it to work/update. Every interaction feels like an argument. I would return it and try something else but I don't have any of the original packaging. Even the text messaging interface is poor and mostly useless. It will show you the text, but only 4 1/2 lines. It won't open the text to see the rest, and it doesn't provide any ability to send a text. It let me import my phone numbers, but it is so touchy I accidentally called 3 people looking through the contacts. When I tried to edit the contact list (remove check marks of people I do not want on the list) to only people whom I speak to frequently and would be understanding if I accidentally called them at 3 am, it wouldn't update the changes. I exited the app and opened it again so it would connect/update. I made the change multiple times. I tried charging the watch. Nothing worked. I gave up. Today I decided to write a review, and it decided to update; I seriously doubt the watch cared if I insulted it and threatened to return it to a big, dark, lonely, warehouse... but go figure! Also, the custom watch face feature is a joke; I blame the extremely poor App. I understand the Watch not having a memory, but the APP either doesn't have a memory or needs a major makeover. You can get it to use ONE custom image but it only allows ONE layout for placement of time and when you pick a different watch face, then go back in to custom, it is not in memory. The custom layout only shows the time and steps, nothing else. But seriously, the time is in small type at the top, with no day of the week, and no option for temperature; the other images from the "dial center" have other layouts from which to choose. The most useful and clear to read watch face is the astronaut. As for the battery, it WAS lasting almost a week; now that the features are working (sort of), the battery died in a day and a half (updated 12/14/2023). Anyway, it is my opinion, that whoever is reading this review, should choose a different watch! I can only say 1 things I like; the sound quality is good on both ends of a call.

Great value! Apple Watch clone, Just buy it!
So I bought this watch a couple weeks ago because I needed something to track my heart rate and steps and give me some access to my iPhone 15. I am greatly surprised at its amazing battery, longevity, and ease of use! I would put this on the same level as my Apple Watch 7! except that it doesn't do an ECG. The screen is bright and easy to read with the big size face (I have a very tiny wrist (5.5") and it looks probably bigger than most people would see on their own wrist). It also comes with several options to change it up on their app. Notifications are great and worked seamlessly with my iPhone 15 Pro. The steps are pretty accurate because they match what my iPhone is tracking. 🔋Battery life: I have been wearing this 24 hours a day with my notifications going off on it and it constantly tracking my steps heart rate and oxygen. It seems to go through about 15 to 20% of battery in a 24 hour span. I wore it for three days straight without charging it, and it was at 55% this morning. It fully charges on its magnetic charging wire in about an hour. The watch App: The app that goes with it is pretty basic and I wish it was a little bit more but maybe they will update itself as more people buy it, but it works just fine and anyone would find it very simple to use! I haven't looked for a new band or any type of scratch protection yet but now that I've decided to keep it, I am going to look for those. Apple Watch backstory: I had returned my Apple Watch nine months ago because it caused rashes and I couldn't wear it all the time and I didn't wanna spend that much money on something that caused issues. But my doctors wanted my vitals tracked due to health conditions (POTS/fall risk). I figured I would buy this and try it for a few weeks and return it if it sucked, but it does not suck. It is awesome and I'm very happy with it. It also causes the same rash from the metal of the watch backing same as my Apple Watch but I only paid $39 for this one and it does what it needs to, so I will put up with the rashes from my overly sensitive skin. (I clean the watch back multiple times a day, along with keeping my skin dry/clean and it still will cause problems because of a very sensitive metal allergy.) ➡️➡️ I am not being paid for this review or was even requested to write a review, I just wanted to make sure that other people know that there is an excellent option to the very expensive Apple watches! Added to review today 3/28/25 - watch still exactly the same doing awesome. I wear it every day. Battery life still amazing and everything still works great no complaints whatsoever.

You get what you pay for
This watch is ok for the price, the app sucks and you cant respond or receive messages on it though. The training feature does nothing and it's step tracking is inaccurate.

Stylish, Functional, and User-Friendly!
I recently purchased the RUIMEN Smart Watch for Women, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! From the sleek design to its impressive functionality, this smartwatch has exceeded my expectations. Design: The elegant and modern aesthetic is perfect for any occasion, whether I’m at the gym, work, or a night out. It’s lightweight and comfortable to wear all day. Features: It comes packed with useful features, including fitness tracking, heart rate monitoring, sleep analysis, and notifications for calls and messages. The step tracker is particularly motivating, and I appreciate how accurate it is. Ease of Use: Setting it up was simple, and the app is intuitive. Syncing with my phone was seamless, and I love how quickly I can check notifications without pulling out my phone. Battery Life: The battery life is impressive—it lasts for several days on a single charge, even with regular use of its features. Value for Money: For the price, this smartwatch delivers exceptional quality and functionality. It looks and performs like a much more expensive device. I would highly recommend the RUIMEN Smart Watch to anyone looking for an affordable yet stylish and reliable smartwatch. It’s a fantastic combination of fashion and technology!
