Used 3 packages as recommended to see effect - bought from different resellers. I, personally, have not seen any improvements for the very high price of this product. Later, my dietician recommended to simply buy the Estroven, which is at a fraction of the price, and combine it with a bottle of the special flower that this product is built from. This was more than twice cheaper and, so far, I have good results. My advise to you is to try this product as it seems to be of a high quality and determine if it works for you. You have to commit to 3 packages at the minimum to see if there is an effect or not. This is also stated in the brochure that comes with the medication.
