Great price, when we have purchase $3,500.00 units before only to have them fall off a unit and spend $500.00 on new boards, switches and so on. The key to this one is to set it up with the strapping you have. I had to change the spring and adjust the vibrator plates to get it to the proper spot to make a good weld. Take the time to adjust it before using. It will save you time and strapping. I already see we will have to readjust every couple weeks. But it is not hard so that beats paying for the more expensive units out there.

Best portable strapping machine yet - and I've tried 4 now. This one works very well. It is more money than some of the others but well worth it. Loud as friction motors go, no surprises. Creates a solid weld. Saves us a lot of time bundling boxes. Built solid and the rechargeable battery holds its own during the day.

Doesn't work like it says, Has no customer support number. And no information on how to get replacement parts

I got this product as I do a lot of shipping. I figured to have this on hand when I ship something large. It wraps a strap around the box for extra support. Price tag is a little hefty but it seems to be worth it. I haven't gotten to experience it yet but I know I will soon.

I tried this tools first before I applied it to work. When there is no tension, the tool works perfect, but when I applied the tension to the box, the heating seal will be hit and miss. In the 10 trial, it sealed 8 times and missed 2 times. It is very wasteful on the strap, because I am not able to reuse the one that is missed.

The device is super easy to use, no setup needed in my case. I have my warehouse team putting it through its paces right now. I would say this cuts about 5 minutes of strapping off each pallet, so the ROI will only be a couple weeks of use. I'll update this post in a month, hopefully it has a long life ahead of it.

Cheaper than other brands and works just as good!

Before purchasing this strapper, I used to use a manual one which would take forever to strap a box, so since my job requires strapping boxes all the time, I bought this machine which saved a lot of time and money for me. It's so simple and easier to use in compare to manual one. Also, it comes with 2 batteries which have great life time. Industrial grade and recommended. It did take me a minute to figure it out but after that I was able to strap a box in no time flat. I don't use it a ton but when I send equipment back to be repaired this is great for securing it to a pallet. It's fast and simple now that I know what I am doing. 2 batteries are a life saver, it does tend to use them pretty quick.
