Are these magnets grade C5 or C8?

I don't know what a c5 or a c8 is but they are very strong. I used them for refrigerator magnets in a craft I was doing.

Will these magnets stick to themselves (non-adhesive side to non-adhesive side)?

They will stick to each other. The adheisive disks are not pre-installed. There is a small dimple on one side of each magnet. Dimple/Dimple (and plain/plain) sides repel each other.
