Great, simple game that’s fun for the whole family. It usually comes out when we have visitors or are having a BBQ. You have to keep passing the potato before it explodes, and nobody wants to be holding it when it does! 😂 We did find it a little quiet at first, especially outside, which is unusual for a toy like this. Luckily we discovered it has two volume settings, so you can turn it up. It’s not a particularly long game, but it’s a really fun way to practise throwing and catching. It’s durable as ours has been lobbed around everywhere and still works perfectly. After some “stillness”, the potato goes to sleep which preserves its battery without having to take the box out to turn it on/off.

Now it is okay. The first one had a fault very low volume and kids did not hear at all. Sent back and got the new one and everything works fine. Kids just love it.

Honestly one of the best games I've bought for my son; played with, laughed at, held his attention and it's definitely helping him to work on a 'softer throw' and I'm not so worried about the contents of my living room ending up smashed or broken. Very easy to use, it talks to you and gives instructions of how to use so even my son who is just coming up to 3 could work it out. Very fun and would recommend to anyone with a child who has a strong right arm and has a tenancy to throw things at your face. Hurts far less than other objects - hard wooden balls, action toys, educational bricks, etc.

We had great family fun with this yesterday but I have knocked a star off as I feel that it's more appropriate for older kids and not for a 3 year old as stated on the site. I also feel that it could be a little louder.

Think Furby crossed with a throw and catch game. This fluffy ball had us in stitches! My 7 year old granddaughter loved it. You throw it to each other and, depending on how you catch it, it reacts accordingly.

When kids are playing, laughing, and passing the potato around, you can barely hear what it’s saying or when the music stops. ​Design & Concept: The plush potato itself is soft, cute, and safe for tossing around indoors without damaging anything. ​It would be a great game if the audio was clearer and louder, but as it stands, it's hard to enjoy with normal background noise.

Bought this for grandkids they loved it

I bought it for my 3 1/2 year old grandson and he loved it. It teaches children to both catch and throw "lightly ." We had so much fun playing with it and laughed so hard at the things it said. Even when the egg was cracked it was still very amusing. Well worth the investment.

This egg toss game was a hinge hit with my kids. It was a perfect Easter gift but would be great for any occasion. The egg was cute, the sounds were funny and it was a lot of fun to play. I would definitely recommend for younger children.
