Owala Tumbler Stainless Steel Water Bottle 40 oz The Great Blue

Wonderful water bottle. Since getting Owala, we dont use our older water bottles. Great quality, altho expensive, totally worth it. The handle is great to have, especially since I have an issue with one of my hands. Another great feature is having a 40oz water bottle fitting in the cup holder in the car... its another great perk. The colors are fun! I also like the locking mechanism so there aren't accidental spills! Beverages stay cold for a decent amount of time! Easy to clean, the caps can go top rack in dishwasher which is wonderful. The only not so great thing is they can dent easily when dropped on a hard surface. Despite that, ill never buy another brand. Im hooked on these! Definitely recommend this brand to everyone!

My partner loves this water bottle and uses it every day. It keeps hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold all day, and they take it everywhere they go. Even after being dropped, washed, and going through daily wear and tear, it still looks great with no signs of damage. The color has held up really well, and after months of daily use, it's still in great shape. We also haven't had any issues with it leaking. It's easy to clean and maintain, and the shape fits pretty much every cup holder we have. The locking lid is a great feature since it prevents it from accidentally opening, and having the straw and drinking spout in one compartment makes it easy to toss in a bag and carry around all day. It's probably the best water bottle/tumbler we've owned and made us instant fans of the brand.

I am in love with this FreeSip Tumbler by Owala. And boy did I research before purchasing as I need cold water all day long. I need the tumbler to be well made, keep water cold for a good length of time in the Florida heat and humidity and going to the beach with options for sizes and colors. This Owala FreeSip does all that and more. I do love the side handle as a different option than my Hydro Jug which has a loop handle. Both are very functional. But what sold me on the Owala FreeSip was the tight sealing top which leaves no space for hot air to get in, and having 2 options to drink with the built in removable straw design. The design of the sip and gulp is genius!!! And it's heavy duty. I love the packaging and the special note on the promotional sleeve. I love the various bright colors. Would love to see some patterns like my Hydro Jug with a floral print. The Hydro Jug has air space between the top where the sipper straw pushes down to close into a pocket. For fun, I hope to compare which keeps my water cold longer. But, I would bet on the Owala FreeSip Tumbler because it's heavier and solid and no hot air can get in with the tight sealing top and lock. I'm a big fan! Hope to see patterns on the cups in the near future or personalization. You won't be disappointed with this tumbler. Worth the price. I purchased the Daybreak color but hoping to buy the Sugar High and Angel Food Cake which are all fun names for the coloring. Love a company that has fun in it's labeling. I'm a bug fan!

This tumbler is such a "best of both worlds" waterbottle! I have an owala free sip water bottle and I have their old tumblers with the straw. The freesip waterbottle doesnt fit in my car's cupholder and after all this fear-mongering around "smokers lines" from straw usage, I decided to try Owala's freesip tumbler. This combines the portability of a tumbler with the handle and easy fit into cup holders, and it still has the leak proof lock and special shaped spout that the freesip bottles have that is supposed to reduce the likelihood of smokers lines. It really is just as leak and spill proof as the free sip waterborne. You can decide if you want it to be a swig option or using the straw internally to have it be a sip option. Its honestly such a good idea they had to combine their best selling models into one perfect hybrid. It keeps my ice all day, which most of these brands at this point will do. I dont use these style owala tumblers for hot liquids since the straw is plastic, they have other tumblers that are meant for hot liquids. Its seems to be of the same durability as all owala products, which is always very decent, but maybe not top tier. Owala's stainless steel is thinner and does seem to dent and scratch easier than Stanley and Brumate, but as long as you use a silicone boot on the bottom and avoid dropping it, you should be fine. The paint on my other owala products did chip over time of being washed in the dishwasher on the top rack. So I am going to avoid the dishwasher for this one and wash the bottle by hand. I will only put the lid and straw through the dishwasher. Overall, I love it and I would like to buy more colors. I do wish they would stop making the straws plastic though. But thats just what owala does. Brumate uses stainless steel straws, but they dont offer a cool design like this one in a tumbler form.

I ASKED for this Owala FreeSip Tumbler for my anniversary and it may just be the greatest thing my husband has ever given me. 😂 This thing has become the best gift I've ever received. I would like to be surgically attached to it. I absolutely LOVE this tumbler. It's comfortable to use, the FreeSip spout is brilliant because I can either sip or actually drink from it, and the Black Cherry color is gorgeous. It's a little bit pricey, yes, but it feels like a quality material and product. It is also incredibly easy to clean, which is a huge deal for me. And it keeps my water ICE COLD. At 40 ounces, it holds a ton, so I'm drinking plenty of water without having to refill it every five minutes. I also love how easy it is to carry and that they make a ton of different slings and accessories for it. Honestly, this thing is glorious. I have become emotionally attached to a water bottle, and I am not even ashamed. If I could write sonnets and odes about this tumbler and stand outside Owala's headquarters singing love songs through a boombox, I absolutely would. Five stars. Ten stars. Give me more stars. I love this stupid water bottle.

Buy this without any regret. Keeps your drink cold with no worries and doesn’t leak even if tipped over. I wanted to try a cup with the handle since none of mine had one so I got this one. What a big help. I play golf and put this in the cup holder and it is so much nicer than grabbing the cup. This one has so many colors to choose from and sizes that you can’t go wrong. I love mine for sure.

I've been using it for about a month now. Fits in all but one of my cup holders which admittedly is a very small cup holder so I didn't really expect it to. It's really nice to have a straw built in so I don't have to tilt my cup and block my vision if I need a drink while driving. Seems to be made of good quality material and keeps water cold overnight. I've only washed it by hand currently, but it is nice to know it can go in the dishwasher. Only thing I don't like is that there isn't any grip on the bottom of the cup and their silicone sleeve doesn't fit. My other tumbler has just a little bit of grippy material on the bottom that helps prevent it from falling over at a slight angle.

I absolutely adore this Tumblr, and the bottles. I am visually impaired and find it hard to tilt my head back to drink in sunlight. For me, this eliminates any issues with this. I can either use the straw or tilt my head and this is perfect. Because I was versatility for all situations. It is excellent quality, although come up this drops it can easily be described. Which is very portable, as it has a sturdy handle. It has a sturdy looking system as well, so the bottle will not under during travel. You can only use cold drinks in this Tumblr, but it keeps them very cold for a long period of time. It is leap proof, due to its unique looking system. There is a small lever, where the lid is and where it's opens and it can be pushed leftover right to look or unlock the mechanism. It is also slightly lighter and easier to carry than others of this type.
