Arm support
Does help and quality is fair. Down part is a bit big on top arm and you cannot make that bit tighter .

Works ok but after a while it’s get uncomfortable I can only wear for about 30-40 mins, and it dose get very warm and sweaty very quickly, it help a bit with pain relief but not every time and not after warring it after 30 mins other then that it’s ok

Great item, helped my work day
After being a postlady for 12 years, I have developed major repetitive stress shoulder pain . I needed something that I could wear under my uniform to help support my shoulder, but comfortable enough to wear over 8 hours while I sort/deliver parcels and letters. I have found it very good. It supports my shoulder really well while I'm at work. As it is made of soft material it is fairly comfortable to wear, however I found that during the hotter weather it did start to rub slightly due to extra sweat /body heat etc. I just had to loosen the strap slightly to avoid it rubbing. I would definitely recommend if someone needs some form of support.

Helps with support and some pain relief
The strap is quite short but just about fits around my 38 inch chest. The sleeved area is a good fit and is adjustable for tension and comfort. It is quite itchy to wear next to the skin even after being washed so I found it best to wear over a t shirt. It does make you sweat but that was expected being made of neoprene. The stitching and quality of finish is good, it does take a few times to adjust the support so the strap is in the right area for comfort and effect.I found it best to wear while working and it helped when lifting and stretching. I damaged the rotor area of my shoulder 2 months ago and while it has not repaired itself this support does help me carry out tasks that would normally cause pain and discomfort. It is not a cure but the partial relief it brings is useful.

Amazing
Had shoulder pain for about 4 months - physio advised (over phone due to Covid) probably stemming from a mid back issue. Tried heat rub, kinesiology tape etc - one week of wearing this, issue seems to have almost gone!! For the price it is definitely worth trying out. It restricts movement ever so slightly which I believe has stopped me over using my shoulder, helping it to heal and settle down. Plus wearing at night has stopped any over stretching/odd positions during sleep. I'm so happy I bought this!!To note, it is suitable for ladies as the supporting strap goes across your back and across the collarbone area and under your arm on the front so it won't squash your chest. I'm 5'6 and a size 18, if you are bigger than this the brace may not fit but it does give ever so slightly with wear.Best buy ever!!

Keep up the neck and shoulder exercises - this is a support.
I ordered this after working from home for several months and shoulder pain finally kicking in. It is some kind of rotary cuff injury diagnosed by phone and yep, paracetamol prescribed.I thought this worth a go after reading reviews. The quality of the product is great although difficult to adjust to the female build. The stitching on the shoulder part is good but also a hindrance as it rides up and part of the support starts to dig into the neck. Unless you keep your arms down then no matter what I try this happens. It also has the corner shoulder part sticking upwards when your arm is raised.I'll keep trialling it to see if it makes a difference but would also advise people to continue or begin with gentle neck and shoulder exercises as a support is just that and the root problem needs to be addressed.
