I love that I can mix it and I don't taste it and the price is just fine is just like water mixing with water and I being taking this for at least 6 or more months and when I get a cold is 1 or 2 days and I feel good again I will recommend it to anyone

I know Zinc is important so I wanted to buy good stuff. I've been taking it for about 4 days and don't really notice a big difference in myself per-se. Honestly it taste like water. But I am glad to be taking it and I'll just have to see long-term if there is a positive effect.
