The Car is much smaller than the Sellers Photos suggest, however it is a strong performer. It isn't as fast as the Seller suggests but it is very stable crossing my street & tearing thru all my neighbor's yards over gravel, low foliage's, curbs, etc. It is a Skid Steer car. So as its moving & a steering input is commanded the car either slows noticeably or stops briefly until the steering command is canceled. This is a noticeable reaction but is acceptable. It's fun. The battery does last rather long before a charge is needed. Charging time is not unreasonable either.

It's very good. The child likes it very much. It's already out of power. When I started charging, I found that it was still a rechargeable type, which is relatively trouble-free. I don't need to buy batteries. It can also rotate in place. The horsepower is very good.

Overall the grandchildren - and therefore I! - love it. I would have given five stars BUT the instructions for use specifically state that you cannot leave the batteries plugged in to be recharged indefinitely, as that would shorten battery life, and that after it is charged it must be (I assume promptly) unplugged. That is already a problem for me, but even worse is that I do not know how to tell when the battery is fully recharged. Functionally the car is as advertised and works great on grass which was our primary intent. Just wish the recharge issue was more in line with 2025 routine expectations for electronic equipment in general and battery recharging in particular.

Okay. I am an old guy. I am 60 years old and I have been fascinated by RC cars and toys since I was a little kid. I have had MANY RC cars over the last half decade. This vehicle is hands down my favorite. It is SO FUN! I have read reviews that this isn't fast enough. Yeah, it's not a race car. Heck, it has EIGHT wheels! It's not made for speed. It is made for going over and through areas that most RC cars cannot. It is quick and fast enough. The traction is AMAZING! I have also read reviews that it doesn't turn well. Okay folks, again, this thing has EIGHT wheels and it is EIGHT wheel drive! It's NOT going to steer like a traditional vehicle. All of the wheels turn at the same time. Each side is independent of each other. When I am playing with this I have no problem steering it. I stop, adjust angle, and go again. So easy! Plus, this thing can just stay in one spot and spin in circles. As far as climbing things, I am truly amazed. We have a child gate. You have to step over a metal bar which is about 2-3" high in a doorway. Well, I can drive up to that bar and go right over it! Truly amazing! I cannot vouch for this being waterproof. I haven't tried that and I probably won't. I don't have the want or need to. I am going to try it in the snow the next time it snows here. About 20 years ago I had some rebound-type of 4x4 RC cars. This is similar except for twice the number of wheels. This vehicle reminds me of those. If all you want is speed, then go find a fast car. I have plenty of those, and they're great. BUT they're not as fun driving around inside the house. Not at all. I need a big parking lot or street where my super fast RC vehicles really shine. Again, this is SO AWESOME and it is MY FAVORITE vehicle I've owned in over 50 years. I love it so much I bought another. Now I have yellow and black. We can use them at the same time. So, before you buy an RC vehicle, think about what you want. Something that can go quick enough and climb many things, or something really fast that's going to bump into every piece of furniture and wall. Your choice. I choose THIS!!!!

My grandson loves this!!! The battery lasts a very long time. He plays with this daily!! So glad that he can be outside with this toy instead of in front of the tv screen or a computer monitor. That’s always a yes for me.

Well we absolutely LOVED this car but it only lasted 4 months before my 5 year old broke off a wheel. What the heck?! This was his main 5th birthday present from us and I’m shocked it’s such poor quality. We thought we were splurging on a really nice car - but clearly not if a 5 year old (who is honestly kind of small for his age?) is able to break off a wheel? I’m so so disappointed!

Eight wheels sets this vehicle apart from the standard r/c. While searching for a r/c vehicle for my 6 yr old grandson, I noticed many reviews alluding to other vehicles being challenged by high grass and obstacles; NOT SO WITH THIS VEHICLE. The advanced traction had no trouble climbing over obstacles, high grass and plowing through standing water. My grandson loved it. Most r/c vehicles respond too fast for a 6yr old to master. I liked that this vehicle has respectable speed, but is slow enough for younger children to enjoy. Big 5 stars!
