Does this glitter ever dissolve in liquid?

Edible glitter is Vegan, Nut Free, Dairy Free and Gluten Free. Edible glitter is mineral based, not sugar based, so it does not dissolve. In addition, it will give the drink a shimmering shimmer and vibrant color as the liquid moves and it can also dress up to bring different visual effects on food.

Could I make up bottles of lemonade with the dust in advance ?

yes, of course. the edible luster dust still has a shimmer performance in lemon water. And it doesn't affect the drink texture.

Can this be used on strawberries

Of course. We recommend coating the strawberries with liquid chocolate and after it has set, use a brush to apply edible luster dust to the surface. This is best application of the edible dust powders.

Will this change the color of a drink that already has a color? I am looking to add some shimmer to mimosas.

I tried decorate the macarons with a mix of rum with edible glitter and they looked amazing.
