## Questions & Answers

**Q: good for baby-back ribs and regular pork/ beef ribs?**
A: Hello friend, of course.

**Q: how to replace the top grill sheet? thank you!**
A: Hello friends, our top grill sheet is relatively strong, and does not need to be replaced within a few years. In order to facilitate the replacement, we will also sell the top grill sheet separately in the future. Thank you very much for buying our barbecue grill, thank you!

**Q: The charcoal tray doesn't look like it slides out to get rid of the charcoal ? That's the only downside to this grill?**
A: Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry but you are right the charcoal tray will not slide. The best way to get rid of the ash is tilting the grill. We will pass it to the manufactory to see if we can have a better design. Thanks again!

**Q: I see online that you sell much larger variants but only in australia. will the 100cm(l) x 35cm(w) x 86cm(h) model come to the us?**
A: Hello friend, due to logistics reasons, this model of barbecue grill is currently not available for sale in the United States. If we wait until we solve the logistics problem, there will be more models available for sale in the United States.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid Charcoal Grill easy for travel
*by P***4 on March 11, 2025*

I love BBQ, I have 5 grills in the house from mini portable to half drum style grill. This one is excellent for skewer. I did try to use as regular grill with the mesh comes with it to cook pork chop, wings etc... but it turns out hard to control the heat due to the fix charcoal tray is very close to the mesh event is the lowest level, and hard to control the air flow because it doesn't have control. However, is best for skewer, because skewer is a lot faster to cook. I think lamb chop, hotdog and veggies are ok too. just not the big and thick meat items that needs longer time to cook. This grill does have 2 level for the charcoal tray, to adjust to lower level it must disassemble and reassemble the tray. thats about 1 inch lower. And the tray is pre-install in high position out of the box. The Grill itself is very solid and heavy. So far I am please with it. the mesh wire is too thin it can easily bended.
