Takes a while to heat up. Not as effective or quick as I thought it would be but it does get very hot so be careful. Good size, not heavy. It is a bit annoying having to refill the little tank often as it runs out quickly. Generally works well

Thrilled with my Beautural Garment Cleaner. But one piece missing. (J) Soft Cushion Brush. Not included. To spare more bother I tried to order and pay for Two of these Soft Cushion Brush, but cannot seem to order them anywhere. Tried to get direct contact with you, but could not, just amazon. Left details but don't think message got through. So review. Brilliant using with hard brush, but hopefully you can sort problem of Soft Cushion Brushes. Willingly but Two. But order one is missing, or perhaps not included? Maureen.🌹🌹
