Because it contained gel I was expecting something softer. It is great for traveling and easily taken on a plane with your carry-on. It was, however, too hard for my needs.

I really expected a lot more for what I paid quality isn’t the best one of the corners is starting to come apart after a month it does help with back pain but would like it to be more thicker I am a driver and sit 8-9 hours a day

My husband is an airline pilot and uses this on the plane. This is second one he has had and he likes this on much better and he is sitting 10-12 hours at a time. Also, it packs up nicely not taking up to much space.
