It has padding around the chest, so it doesn't rub on strong pulling dogs. It has 2 lead attachment points, one on the best and one on the back. Initially, I ordered a large after measuring my dog but this harness was much too big, My dog is a Staffie and he was at the lower end of the large measurement. I returned this for a refund and ordered a medium size which fits like a glove. It is also easy to adjust and self explanatory to fit it on your dog. However, if you dog is anything like mine and gets excited when his harness goes on, it can be a challenge to get this on.
