Norpro Deluxe Stainless Steel Baster with Injector and Cleaning Brush

I used it this past weekend roasting a joint of beef and the results were great !. The black suction cap is powerful and stays put very well to the aluminium pipe, so I didn't have any problems with juices spraying from the cap. I agree with other reviews that you don't have visibility of how much liquid goes into the pipe, but the amount of liquid sucked into the pipe was plenty to baste away or to be injected back around the joint. The needle has the right diameter, and once it gets attached, also it did not get detached when applying pressure and injecting into the joint. The pipe does not get extremmely hot, nevertheless do take your precautions. The suction cap does not get hot when some liquid might go there. Well made, quality, durable, easy to clean, delivered well before the given estimated date (considering it's sent from the USA) ... yes, very pleased with this product.

Previously I have used plastic basters but found that eventually they always split apart. This item is durable and thus far has been a great asset in the kitchen. Cleaning is really simple if you make sure you coat the brush in washing up liquid to scrub the inside it really helps. With our without the 'juice injector' attachment the item works really well, the injector is really good although I would advise caution to squeeze gently when using this as it can splash back if used too roughly. All in all very good item, well worth them money and arrived in excellent time.

This Turkey baster is awsesome for using in dropping Hot Bees wax onto Doolittle frames and Queen Cell cups for Queen Rearing. As it is steel it will not melt even when you make a mistake a drig the end of it over you gas flame. To see this tool in actin for Beekeeping got to You Tube and look up The Fat Bee Man making Queen n Cells Cups.

. I am happy with this item. Does the job well enough, and - very importantly - is easy to clean. .

Bought one 6 months ago and love it. So have bought another two for gifts. Good sturdy product with good suction!

Dishwasher-washable, smash-proof baster. Broke previous glass one when it rolled off worktop. The tip does screw into the body but this isn't precision engineered. Does the job and is convenient, without needing to be careful to not break it.

I bought one of these and it has made basting meat and poultry so much easier for me. Excellent product. I was so pleased with this item have bought one for my son in law too who is very pleased with the gift as he cooks often.
