Radien Sports Strongman Sandbag

I purchased two bags for what may seem an odd reason. Over summer, I had to carry two large diameter hold-alls around airports - essentially a farmer's walk with a constant partial lateral raise in order to leave space for the legs. The DOMS from this 'exercise', despite the theoretically light loads (20kg per hand), was incredible - I've been training with weights for over 30 years, but no variation of press, raise, or row can cause anything like this soreness. From the company's useful YouTube videos, I saw that these bags, covered with so many gripping options, would be ideal to re-create this torturous modified farmer's walk.The quality of the bags is excellent: very durable material, essentially surrounded in a complex web of car seat-belt material. The closing mechanism is simple and effective (watch the videos to confirm the process), and allows the bag to shrink or expand in line with the loaded contents (no empty spots or looseness). For the moment, I have only filled them with a couple of bags of sand (still in their polythene bags, to facilitate eventual weight changes), but they have performed excellently with this weight (c. 50kg each) for clean and press, front carries, and, of course, the masochistic modified farmer's walk. I'm looking forward to filling them with more sand - and also to taking them with me on my next summer holiday, for impromptu sessions on the beach. Fantastic!

Very versatile and sturdy sporting equipment. Since I bought it I've been using it mainly to do some after running indoor muscle workout. This bag suits perfectly for me and no need for additional weights or any other equipment. Also, the "softness" makes bag lot safer for the floor (and yourself!) than the kettlebell.Pretty quick I got stuck doing same things over and over again but the instructional YouTube videos gave me lots of new ideas. Nice add-on!

Have been using this bag for just over a month now with around 70kg of sand inside (at the medium size of the item) and have had no issues. It's perfect for unconventional lifting/carrying and even with being dropped repeatedly I haven't seen a single grain of sand escape yet. The bag feels like it will last a lifetime.

Was looking for a while to find a reasonably priced bag that was versatile and provided options to change the weight without having to buy more bags. This was a great find, highly durable and very well made with loads of options to change the weight, use the straps or even turn the bag inside out if you don't like the straps on the outside. I filled with 3 x 20kg sandbags inside their own plastic so i can interchange them when needed. Really easy to open and close. Highly Recommend if your looking for a versatile sandbag thats going to last the distance.

Been throwing this bag around for a month now and it is probably the most versatile training tool I've found. I take it to the beach, change the fill levels depending on whether I'm working on power, strength or endurance.Straps are a bit fiddly and let it down a tad but not enough to interfere with its overall quality.Totally satisfied.

This is one of the best Sandbag on the market right now.Extremely versatile, I've used it as a kettlebell, sandbag, Bulgarian bag.Good for clean, heavy squats,push press, atlas etc.I believe it can keep more than 100 kg of sand.Totally recommended

Für alle, die Outdoor oder im Urlaub trainieren wollen ist das Ding top.Absolut massiv, super zu befüllen (Sand z. B.) und dann kann es auch schon losgehen.Füllmenge varieren kein Problem, weil der Sack schnell geöffnet und verschlossen werden kann. Hier kommt auch nichts raus oder rutscht herum. Mann kann den Sack sehr komprimiert verschließen und dank der Schlingen auch über all gut greifen.Für die Heavyguys da draußen:sandsack voll machen und mal ale Übungen x0. 5 Geschwindigkeit, dann reicht ein voller Sack auch für das Urlaubsworkout und die RDL am Strand 😁.Top Teil, bin sehr zufrieden. Habe mir noch auf Amazon eine Umlenkrolle gekauft und mit einem Spanngurt befestigte ich den Sack am Karabiner. So habe ich innerhalb von Sekunden an jedem Ort einen Seilzug. Profitipp 😅

Un ottima Sandbag, resistente e di qualità. Essendo uno strongman posso dire davvero che in questo periodo di lockdown mi è stata davvero utile! È un attrezzo molto versatile essendo che ha una rete che si può usare come impugnatura se si devono eseguire dei movimenti balistici come agli swing oppure gli snatch. In base al movimento è un attrezzo versatile, adattamento anche per i puristi.

I want to say first that when it arrived there was an issue. The seller was contacted and he resolved it immediately. Great customer service.Now the bag. I bought the medium size and I will be buying the large size. This thing is the perfect simulated atlas stone. It is made of some highly durable canvas which seems to be double walled. All the threads are a holding up well. And the cinch down buckle (like a dry bag) is ingenious. I filled mine with loose sand, I bring it back inside after working out; no spilled sand. When or if I need it lighter or heavier it's as simple as unroll, fill, cinch back down.Other reviews, I noticed, didn't like the fact that there is no heavy duty handles sewn into the bag. This is true. The straps on the outside are like a sleeve that can be removed. I myself like this a lot. Because stones have no handles. I use mine without the straps. Helps with grip strength.All in all I'm glad I didn't go without the more popular option.

Très bonne qualité. Mon fils le manipule sans cesse, il reste intact alors qu'il est rempli de sable !PS : Le sable n'est pas fourni, le prix est simplement celui du sac (qui est d'un matériau costaud). Ce n'est pas rentable de transporter le poids du sable.
