Colour not matching the catalogue
I checked the colour catalogue before ordering this colour. My hair was light brown and I was expecting a similar colour. It turned out black. Not sure if the product is genuine. I bought two but had to throw away the second one.

They sent me the wrong color. The numbers all matched up but when I started applying the color I noticed it turning dark. It's supposed to be blond, almost platinum. I've used the correct color for years, from the spa I used to work at. Be careful is all I have to say.
