when i recieved this the other day the packaging of the insert seemed to had already been opened as it just fell apart as soon as i picked it up, when i looked at the insert it already had a little gas in it and the flame adjustment was set to max, when you set the flame to anything less than max it would not light at all.I removed all gas from the lighter and refilled but still would only light on max, i decided to jus put up with it but it literally lasted half hour.now on rare occasions it will light for 2 seconds but majority of time it does nothing other than waste gas.Poor buy, id recommend you just stick to your standard zippo insert, they're of better quality and reliability
