Feeling amazing after 2 weeks of use.Ingredients are exactly what they say they are.I have tried other brands in the past and don’t even come close to the quality here!

I'm 28 years old.I dont know what should I feel after I use this but nothing changed after a month of proper daily usage so I dont know what to tell but for the price I was expected atleast to feel something.

Like all resveratrol supplementation, it takes consistent use to notice results, so the main benefit is in a high quality supplement and the doseage.I take apart the capsules and mix the powder into yoghurt or a smoothie, it is a fine powder which blends in well without affecting taste or consistency.I have been taking this for over a month and whilst I haven't noticed any major benefits, I have not noticed any negative side effects either.The bottle keeps the capsules fresh and I add some cotton fluff to reduce moisture inside too.

60 capsules 2 per day 30 days worth, it won't be long enough to notice a difference. Resveratrol is found in wine, grapes etc.. it helps to support cellular regeneration, has many effects eg/ antiviral, anticarcinogenic, neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. I mostly use it with my fasting regimen as doing it for months and months and eventually years, there is noticeable benefits, to youthful skin, and overall health.When I see the 35 quid price tag for 1 month, just seems to me a bit pricey, but the bottle is glass and uv protected, the lid however is not, and broke on the first day, it was factory sealed though. The way I'm going to review this is this way. For the price this is 3 stars for me, for the ingredient itself is 4 stars, if it were a higher quantity 120 days worth 1 capsule per day, with a better lid, I would give 5/5, and lastly for a year supply, for a fair price I would give 10/5.

This is a good price for the strength and 99% purity for a month's supply compared to similar products.The suggested dose is 2 capsules, 500mg each which will provide you with the 1000mg a day but you can also take just one capsule a day and still see the benefits, the older you get the more mg you should take and from my research people younger than 35 can take 500mg a day, people aged over 35 should take 1000 but you can even see positive effects with a low strength of 100mg per day so it is up to you how you want to take them.It is suggested to take them in the morning to avoid disrupting sleep as they may give you an energy boost.I am quite happy with this supplement and the clean, filler-free ingredients so I would recommend it.
