When should I apply it. is it step number one when I am putting on make up?

I only use it once a day under make-up. It leaves my skin feeling really soft. I’m not in the target age group for this product. But I really like it. I’m guessing it probably wouldn’t hurt to use it twice a day.

Depending on the amount you are using each time . I used quite a bit every time , lasted about 3 weeks .no doubt it can last longer if a smaller amount is applied .
