Great little fridge
Like- compact, stylish, very quiet. Keeps milk cool. Lightweight and comes with main and car charger power leads. Dislike - 1l milk will not fit, having to buy smaller cartons which is fine. Using a uk-Au adapter as comes with UK plug.

Cool or warm on the go—Russell Hobbs mini fridge nails style and function in a 4L retro shell.
🧊 Russell Hobbs RH4CLR1001B – Full Review This mini cooler packs a 4-litre capacity, enough to hold 6 × 330ml cans, snacks, or even skincare gear. It’s powered by AC (mains) and DC (car adapter), making it ideal for bedrooms, caravans, site vans, or desktop setups. The unit features a thermoelectric system that cools up to 20°C below ambient or warms up to 65°C above, giving it dual-purpose flexibility. The design is retro-inspired, with smooth curves, a chrome handle, and a glossy black finish. It’s lightweight at 2kg, whisper-quiet at 27dB, and includes a foldable carry handle for easy transport. ✅ Pros Dual function—cooling and warming in one unit Compact 4L size—fits 6 cans or small items AC/DC power—use at home or on the go Lightweight (2kg)—easy to carry Quiet operation—just 27dB Retro design—stylish and functional Ideal for drinks, snacks, cosmetics, or skincare ❌ Cons Manual defrost—no auto-clean cycle No internal shelf—single compartment only Limited cooling depth—best for pre-chilled items No temperature control—fixed hot/cold modes 🧠 Personal Verdict This cooler’s proper kit for van life, site breaks, or home desk setups. I’ve seen it used for energy drinks, face masks, and packed lunches, and it holds up—quiet, clean, and no faff. The dual power and hot/cold switch make it a flexible grab-and-go unit. For around £34–£55, it’s a smart grab for anyone who wants portable cooling with a bit of retro flair.

It’s ok
I think you get what you pay for. It feels like really good quality but it’s so small and if you’re trying to use it for drinks, you can’t really get any in there. I do like the idea of being able to take these with you in the car, again it is just so small that it can only really handle a few drinks.

Compact, versatile mini cooler
I bought this for my bedroom to store my supplements in to keep them fresh as they need to be refrigerated. This mini fridge/cooler works perfectly. The size is ideal for my bedroom and sits neatly on the side. It gets surprisingly very cool. In the current heat I've also been cooling my socks in it to keep my feet cool on a night and it works wonders. I find it's compact size very sturdy and strong. I was worried that the humming sound might keep me awake but it is honestly very quiet and even soothing. I ended up buying a 2nd one to store my body mists, moisturisers and after sun lotions in. They do have a warming option too and are portable with an adapter supplied for car use but I haven't used it in this way (yet). This little cooler is very versatile and has many uses. I wouldn't be without mine now. Also, I think they are very good value for money.
