Pure Encapsulations Berberine UltraSorb, 60 Capsules

The first week or so your body may need to adjust and get used to it, I experienced a little bit of reflux but I’m not certain other people will. However, since I’ve added this to my daily routine (one pill every morning), I feel great. I have PCOS so I usually feel very bloated and sluggish and all the symptoms typically keep me very unmotivated and uncomfortable and feeling very puffy. Since taking this I feel like I have noticed a slimmer silhouette developing from debloating, I don’t feel weird blood sugar spikes or crashes, and I feel more energized throughout my day. I think the overall value and effectiveness of this specific Berbrine is unmatched, I could feel a difference within days and once I adjusted to the pills it was easy to keep taking them. They do have a very slight taste I’d say is similar to tallow but it isn’t strong or overbearing at all.

By far the best brand I have used. It helps curb the appetite without making my tummy upset. I highly recommend. I have been able to take it daily for a few weeks and stop (forget to take it) without the cravings coming back right away which also enable me to make the bottle last a little more than a month making it a great value for the cost. I’m down 15 pounds in just a few months- which started to come back when I tested another brand- I quickly switched back to this one and am getting back on track.

Not knowing what to expect, I wanted something to help control my sugars, been taking it for 3-4 weeks and didn’t really notice a difference but what I can tell you is I decided to have a couple glasses of wine with dinner last evening and I rarely drink. Thinking I was gonna have a headache and be hung over I didn’t get tipsy at all. So to say the least it controlled the sugars in the wine so I’m gonna continue to take and hopefully I can see a difference in my lab test. I take it twice a day about 30-45 mins before I eat. That seems to work best

The berberine seems to be good. I only gave 4 stars because the capsules keep getting hung up in my throat - and yes, I take a lot of supplements that have better capsules that go down easier. For the price of them, one would think they could afford to encase the berberine in a better capsule that goes down easier.

I have started replacing every supplement when I run out to this brand. Berberine has been the latest chatter on social media with weight loss and sugar cravings. I ordered this and within 3 days it shut off the cravings and grazing through out the day. I've already ordered a second bottle. I didn't feel any side effects. Sugar fuels my hot flashes so this shut down the sugar cravings and the wrath of hot flashes.

Love this particular Berberine. Definitely works on me for helping curb my appetite.
