Decent Supplement, But Results Were Subtle
I’ve been using this liver detox formula for a few weeks now, and while I appreciate the clean ingredient list—milk thistle, dandelion root, turmeric, and more—I haven’t noticed any dramatic changes. The capsules are easy to take and didn’t cause any side effects, which is a plus. I also like that it’s non-GMO and vegetarian-friendly. That said, the effects felt mild at best. I was hoping for a noticeable boost in energy or digestion, but it’s hard to tell if it’s making a real difference. Dr. told me I had elevated liver levels… used this product for 6 months, and next blood work my liver levels were greatly reduced. It worked for me without changing anything else in my diet etc…
