Once again, excellent!
I I had purchased the first game from this company which was a hit with my grandchildren. I loved the sturdy construction of it, especially. Now I find the second game made is just as good and simple for a little fingers.

Instant hit with 3-yr-old
The good news is that this matching card game was an instant hit with our 3-year-old son. The bad news, haha, is that now he wants to play constantly. After two games, I was wiped out. But he wanted to play again. Is it a typical card-matching game? Yes, in most ways. Is it different? Yes.So, what makes it different is the inclusion of the Dr. No Fun card. When anyone uncovers this card, their turn is over, and you have to rearrange the remaining cards. In other words, start over. This is, let me tell you, extremely exciting stuff for an excitable boy. It also takes the strain off an ageing brain, as you can forget what you were trying so hard to remember, e.g., where was that long-necked, spotted dinosaur.Yes, there is also fun in identifying and naming the various colorful characters you have to match. The game is very eye-catching and interesting to look at, attractive to the youngster, and the stock is very thick, so the cards won't easily get bent. This is important because if you ever figure out which card is the Dr. No Fun, the game is ruined. There is another wild card, which is a tie-breaker card that does just that, break a tie in case you end up with the same number of matches. There are 30 cards altogether, so 14 possible matches and the two others. It's a bit much for a 3-year-old, but he does have fun. The Dr. No Fun wrinkle has the effect of leveling the playing field, as one player with a sharp memory has a much less likely chance of going on an extended run of matches. The downside is if both players have the misfortune of repeatedly finding the Dr. No Fun card early in the game. This has already happened. It's very exciting but becomes tedious gathering up the cards, shuffling them a bit, and laying them back down. The cards are large and take up a good bit of space, so it's also not so easy for 3-year-old to access all rows. The games can also take longer than the 10-15 minutes it says they should on the box.Bottom line, this is a fun and exciting twist on the age-old card-matching game, with large, thick, beautiful cards and an interesting variation thrown in. Well worth it.

Super fun matching game....with a twist!
I got this for my 4 year old niece for Christmas. We’ve been playing it constantly since we got it for her. She just can’t get enough of it.It’s pretty much a regular matching game, but with a twist! Whenever Dr. No Fun shows up, you have to shuffle the cards and place them face down again. My niece dies laughing every time he comes up! It also makes it pretty challenging…even for me! My aging brain can’t remember as well as it used to, lol!Overall, We love the game. The cards are really nice quality, and the pictures are so cute. Highly recommend!

My 4 year old loves this game!
I had a memory/matching game similar to this when I was a kid and I really enjoyed it and used to play it quite often. I got this for my 4 year old and was worried it would be too complicated for her. I started out with only about half the cards for the first few games and she caught on right away, and after only 4 or 5 games we were up to using the entire deck. I don't even have to go easy on her, she gets just as many matches as I do, if not more! It's been a blast and well worth it!

High quality and colorful
The other memory games I have for my students are old-fashioned, dull, and small. Nobody ever picks them up and wants to play because the graphics are outdated and the cards are small and flimsy. The Rainbow Unicorn Match Game is the opposite of all those things. The cards are big, thick, glossy, and colorful. Plus, the addition of the special cards, like Dr. No Fun Card, make the game more exciting and variable. This is an excellent game that my students love to play!
