Cintz Speed Ladder Agility Ladder Heavy Duty Dual Rungs Agility Training Ladder

Bought this to help with my 2 daughter's footwork as they play competitive soccer. This ladder was such a good buy for their needs. It improved their skill greatly and have become much more valuable to the team. The ladder is fairly sturdy and worth every penny. It has survived many tripping episodes, the pulling and tugging, and just hours of use. Will buy again once I cannot use anymore.

I read some older reviews that were not so good, but decided to give it a try. Turns out that it is of nice quality and came as one piece, not two separate ladders. it came with a carry bag, stakes, and some carry handles that I have not figured out yet.Each rung can be adjusted, so you can line up both sides or stagger them. you can make the closer together, or further apart. The three black runner straps have rings at the ends to pull it tight and stake it down.

very easy to tangle, and very annoying to untangle. the most annoying part is that the rungs easily come out of square (alignment) and it is incredibly hard to put them back.it is probably best to just get a second SINGLE agility ladder. the dual design is the main contributor to the aggravation - not any defect in manufacturing , as far as I can tell

Very durable, neatly packaged. Only gave it a 4* because it was a bit difficult adjusting the straps to make the ladder even.

Not bad for the price.I'm not sure how durable this will be in the long run. The plastic clips that keep each square of the ladder in place seem a bit suspect. However, for the price, this is a very good dual speed agility ladder.

Love using these to workout with. However it almost needs a higher IQ to fold this thing back up and get it back in the provided bag! Be smarter than the ladder

This was my 2nd time purchasing one of these and i liked it but i am a little disappointed with the fact that it is coming apart on me. The straps don't stay in and one of the ladders broke so it no longer stays on the strap.

Good product but no instructions on how to use plastic pieces sent with it. It needs metal stakes to keep in place.
