**Q: Do i need to size up, i ’m 5’4 125 lbs, is large-x large fits me?**
A: I think S/M will fit you better, these shorts are true to size,  I’m 5’2 130 lbs size s/m fits perfectly. I love them because they are very stretchy and soft, very very cozy.

**Q: Are these biker shorys actually squat proof?  i need a pairs of shorts for gym workouts.**
A: Yes. They are non see through shorts, I have purchased 3 pairs for daily workouts, and I will buy more colors because they are really comfortable.

**Q: Does this yoga short show a camel toe when wearing them?**
A: No they do not, very soft and very comfortable.

**Q: Will the high waist on these shorts roll down under my gut  or the legs ride up when running?**
A: I wear them to run and the legs do not ride up. The waist doesn’t fall down either.

I bought these for my daughter for gym class. She wears them all the time because they are so soft and do not crawl on her. She never worries about being dress coded at school because they stay up around her waist and stay down in her thigh. She wears them to conditioning class and pitching practice too.

I’m a size 12 and ordered the large and they have lots of stretch but fit comfortably! So buttery soft and fit well. I would give it a 5 but they are extremely see through when you bend down. Good quality though given the price of them. So can’t complain about the transparency
