I’m only able to give this a a three star rating because of the durability. I work produce in a local grocery store and handle a lot of boxes and stuff. The fit is great! Very comfortable to wear and very effective at eliminating my pain!!! The problem is they end up tearing after only a couple of weeks!! I don’t recommend for someone who is in need of support for work! I can’t afford to buy them every few weeks so going to have to look for a better solution.😕 Update The seller contacted me offering to refund, replace, or upgrade! I just the upgraded version and received it today. Just as comfortable as the other ones, will update again after a few weeks on how it holds up. Happy!! Customer service is great!!! Update I’ve had the updated version for a month now wearing every day and still holding up great! Very pleased with this brace! Will definitely recommend it to everyone!!! Loved this thumb brace until the plastic pieces separated. Because they are silicone I cannot glue back together. This brace really helped my thumb but now I can't use it and my chance to return it for an exchange, expired. I purchased on February 28 and it broke on June 1st.

Order a thumb brace in June 2025 and it was fine. Ordered the same product in October 2025 to have as a backup and it is completely different. It's too small (hopefully, it will stretch), shaped differently and straps on in opposite direction. Didn't discover this until wanting to replace the original in January 2026. Not sure if this was a manufacturer's labeling error but it is past the return window. Will not buy this brand again.

These provide great support and my husband uses it daily. However, 4 stars because we have to keep ordering new ones as the plastic part does not last and wears out and rips/tears. Otherwise a Great Product.

Not sure this is the right brace for me. Like the look and how easy it is to use but haven't experienced the result I was looking for. Doctor had recommended this type of brace.

Work in the hospitality industry where moisture and wetness happens excessively. This item is perfect for supporting thumb and wrist joints. No pinching of any sort .Velcro is perfect fit length and adjust to either vertical or horizontal .

I only had this 6 weeks when it ripped. This was very comfortable and helped with the pain, I liked the softness of the dark Grey rubber. I hope when they see this they will send me another, way to quick to break. I bought a new black KD brace right away because I can't be without it. But when it arrived the next day it looked like it had been used, brace dirty and straps soiled, not happy. I hope they see this and make it right.

Nice and supportive. Ive recommended to a few friends. Phones are playing havoc on our thumb joints!
