Avoid this knife. It's a terrible value. You are not paying for the knife. You're paying for the brand. There is absolutely nothing of quality in the feel, balance, weight or materials. It's way beneath their other level of products. Avoid. I'm returning mine.

I tried many knives for bread and I received it today, tested it on a paper and after cutting a frozen brean out of the fridge, I was convinced that thji is th eknive forever. It slices the bread evently so its not too thing or thick.

This is a very nice knife for bread cutting! I was using an old knife to cut my bread and after squishing many beautiful loaves I decided to invest in this knife. It has been a dream. I love getting it out and bragging on it! The sawing action on it is great and it fits nicely in my hand. I would buy this product again!

A quality product but doesn’t have the same standard of construction of other Wüsthof knives in my kitchen. The handle seems cheaper. But the blade is sharp, and works well.

Awesome base end wusthof, also have ikon wusthofs also which are super awesome but are 3 times the price. It’s a wusthof nuff said

Good quality bread knife. A pleasure to slice with!

We bought this knife for my father-in-law for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. He said that he didn't realize how bad his other bread knife was until he started using this one. We've been slowly purchasing him Wusthof knives to replace his collection. We also use them ourselves and they are great! Cooking with sharp knives makes all the difference in the world and Wusthof is worth the money.

This bread knife is helping to complete a set in a knife block; it also cuts well and very good quality. This line of knives has worked well for my husband and me, and would not hesitate to buy more of this brand; Amazon has had the overall best prices on this line, so will always look here first.

I cut my thumb while opening this!!! It’s super sharp and slice thru a soft loaf with ease without squashing it. It should be packed in a plastic guard or something to protect the edges and our hands!!

In merito a questo coltello faccio presenti le sue tre grandi qualità: 1) aspetto meraviglioso che quasi dispiace sfregarlo sul pane; 2) tagliomorbidissimo con un mínimo impiego di forza;3) impugnatura anatomica studiata alla perfezione.
