Great item easy to install. We love it!

Perfect for a home gym. Installed in my cramped basement which lacked room for a cable machine. As others have stated be careful not to over tighten the wall mount screws as it will interfere with its functionality. Don’t give up if at first it doesn’t glide all the way up and down. It just requires some fine-tuning by lightly loosening some of the mounting screws. Properly installed it feels much sturdier than a door attachment . The resistance cables are also well made and the complete kit as offered is a good investment.

I have only unboxed at this point. Overall seems to be a well put together kit. My only issue was the track comes in two 3 foot sections and you have to place a rubber washer between the rail and wall at the end of each rail section. However with the rails being two pieces it would require 4 total washers to correctly align the rails and you only get 2 in the kit. A note to the manufacturer, assemble your kit according to the instructions and you will quickly realize the lack of supplied items.

Easy time install on the wall/post of your choice. Good assortment of bands. Great for improving my golf n Softball swing speed.

Only one complaint. The holes on the tracks aren't super straight from one track to another. But as long as you get the tracks aligned on the wall the hook still readily travels up and down and still locks into all places. Just find a good stud to screw it into and you're set!

Great product, it’s really sturdy and I like how can adjust for all possible positions. Only issue is the bar track comes in 2 pieces and it’s difficult to align the so that the track slides easy over the join of the 2 pieces

Relatively easy to install into cinderblock walls. Once up it actually exceeded my expectations. Smooth operation, very sturdy and provides a wide range of exercises you can do. I purchased two of them and put them 50” apart so it serves the purpose of a cable machine. You will like this item!

Quite easy to install and it works well for band stretching and light muscle work. I love how little space it takes.The only minor issue is that the bar comes in two pieces that have to fit end-to-end, exactly. I did everything I could to line them up and the slider still has a hard time making the transition.And, of course, you have to make sure to put the screws into wood (2x4's), but that's obvious.

I wasn't sure if I would like this rail gym but after installing it and using it for a few months I like it a lot. My wife is a personal trainer and she also uses it and finds it very praticle to be able to adjust the height of the hook for different excercises. Anybody installing this should use a stud finder and make sure you are screwing into solid wood or metal behind the drywall otherwise you will likely get a free nose job... not a good one... an accidental one. Great product!

I can't give this product a very high rating, it wasn't easy to install. As shown on pictures, the racks will torque either in one direction or the other, causing a misalignment in the racking. Also, if the racks are screwed in to tight it eats in to the drywall leaving no clearance for the hook to move up and down and will tear up the drywall. This is due to the bar having a U form rather than a flat form on the back. To get everything sort of working I had to loosen some screws wich reduces my confidence in seeing the rack fly off the wall.A flat and wider back bar and some extra clearance in the hook could have easily solved all of these problems.
