It definitely helps with sweating more if that is what you’re looking for. Great addition to any workout because it’s comfortable and stretchy!! I bought the XL and fit me perfectly I’m at my heaviest weight 206lbs I wear 14-16pants/jeans and L/XL shirts, I’m 5.3 with most of my weight at my belly so it was more tight there abut every thing else fits perfect. Nice details under arms. The only one thing I find, is a little difficult to take off from my shoulders but when I put it on is not, so I don’t know. But definitely recommend!! Good quality for material and price and no defects on mine.

This suit will definitely have you sweating! It’s comfortable to work out in and doesn’t feel restrictive while exercising. It was also easy to wash and held up well afterward. I purchased my regular size, and the fit was just right. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase.

I did not want to order the suggested size because I thought no way I need it that big. All the other reviews had size or. Height, or weight but not everything. So I jumped out on a limb and ordered L, if it was too small, I'd just order 1 size up. Photos are from day 2 putting it on for photos and needing help removing and day 3 after 3 mile walk and fighting to take it off. I used a back scratcher to assist with removal. Hardest part was shoulders. Video shows the stretch and fit on me. I love the adjusters under the zipper. It did not unzip during wear. It was easy to put on , but tough to remove at the shoulders after sweating. Very lightweight and good quality fabric(30 year seamstress). I could bend and move freely. There was no bad smell out of the pack. First day I handwashed. Today its in the washer. I don't think I could wear daily without washing. The thought of sweat and dirt from previous wears would be 🤯.

Size: 2XL Im 5’6 & 260LB This is very snug on me , if you’re the same body shape and size as me , size 2XL fit me just right. I have pretty big arms so it’s a bit tight on the arms for me but wearing the long sleep gives a bit comfort that i need so it’s not sinking into my skin. Material on this is very stretchy , very elastic. This will have you sweating !! The material is very thick as well! BIG WARNING ‼️ make sure you use a shirt or long sleeve under because its VERY hard to take off your skin when sweating! I’ve tried using shirt only, it’s okay still very hard to take off on my own needed help of my husband. USING A LONG SLEEVE IS BEST & EASIER TO TAKE OFF! ‼️ I’ve made a video if your struggling very bad on how to take off on your own down below :) ! Don’t be afraid to pull and stretch the arm to take off because it won’t rip or tear the material. It’s very durable! Anywho , this has definitely been helpful when using in my workout I feel like inches are falling off on the sides of my love handles + Keeping my diet. Other than that I love this!! Always use this for workout & really recommend this if you want to lose weight! Summer is around the corner gals! Let’s do this 💘!

I’m 5’7” and 182 lbs, and I ordered a Large. I’ll be honest, I was skeptical at first—especially with my hips and 36DDD chest—but I’m SO glad I went with this size. It took a little wiggle to get it past my hips, but once it was on, it fit perfectly! The material is amazing—the middle section has a slightly different, more breathable stretch fabric that’s a big plus. I could squat and move around comfortably with no problem. Right now, I’ve only worn it around the house, and it already feels snug and supportive. My main goal is to SWEAT, and I can’t wait to see how it performs during my first workout. If you’re on the fence, don’t be—this suit is a game changer! Comfortable, flattering, and it really feels like it’s going to help me meet my fitness goals. Highly recommend!

I have mixed feelings about this product. I ordered the large which fits fine once it’s on however it’s not so easy taking off. Maybe the zipper could be longer? It’s a bit loose on the thigh which I feel could be a little closer. Overall it does what it’s supposed to do - makes you sweat.

I absolutely LOVE IT. I was pretty skeptical at first, but when it arrived, I looked at it, took it out the package and it was actually a very decent size. I ordered a 3X to be sure because I saw others saying it’s hard to get off and I wanted extra room getting it on was a little hard but I think that’s just because I have big thighs, but you have to finesse it a little bit I was able to pull it over my thighs and the rest was VERY easy to put on! when you put it on you’re gonna have to pull it up and then the rest of it will “stretch” out to your body It’s not too tight not even around the thighs despite having issues Getting on due to my thighs. I do see why people said it was going to be difficult to take it off on your own, once it’s on and you try to take it off you cannot pull it off of your old shoulders and you become stuck in a way. luckily I have “L” Shaped doorhandles and I was able to slide it off of my shoulder using the doorhandle and the rest was pretty easy so if you live alone and you have those type of doorhandles as you order it, if you dont have anyone to help you out of the suit just be aware your gonna get “stuck” in it but overall you’ll be fine. I enjoy it a lot.

Definitely a must have!!! The fabric is amazing and you get the best sweat out of your workout!!! I highly recommend it.
