perfect for nephew, control the vol!
my nephew loves dogs and this was the perfect gift for him. Once we figured out the leash was wrapped around the dogs neck, he loved walking him around. It does get a little loud and annoying but you can control the vol - highly recommend turning it DOWN as soon as you turn it on. It's super soft and even ok to fall asleep next to, the battery back isnt super hard and invasive

Not enough padding
the body of the toy is not padded enough so you can feel the hard plastic inside. Also, it falls when the child walks a little faster than the dog.
