Not solid wood BUT the fact you two is a great deal for this price. I bought expensive benches from another story that were veneer on top of particle board ☹️.Instructions for attaching the legs is just missing but easy enough to figure out once you know which screws to use. Overall quick and easy to put together. I only needed one for putting plants on in our entry way BUT the other seemed to well in our upstairs landing so I am glad there were two. Pretty sturdy and again good value for money.

I fastened together 3 benches to make a universal-fit laundry table that has room for laundry baskets underneath. I used wood paint sticks wrapped in black duct tape to fill the 2 vertical spaces on each end between bench frames. I then zip tied it together tightly. I added a solid sheet of plywood with the edges painted black, and added a rubber garage mat atop. Very solid. More functional & cost-effective than buying laundry pedestals that are model specific. This will fit any machine in my future.The benches assemble best using an electric screwdriver. I am uncertain whether the MDF is hollow but it seems lightweight. I appreciate the horizontal metals bars on each lengthwise side of the bench. Very nice function.The laundry unit has held up great. This provides ample under storage for laundry baskets. I see no issues.

These Dining Benches were well made and super easy to assemble. We used one under an especially large triple window and on one side of the dining table. They are not too heavy to move when we add leaves to the dining table and need extra seating. And...they look much better than folding chairs!

These benches are great and fit my 6 foot table just right. I looked everywhere for cheaper benches and couldn't find them anywhere. So I gave these a shot and I'm so glad I did. They are very sturdy and work great for our large family. The price was also great even paying for shipping still was cheaper than other benches. I think they maybe some type of plastic but you can't tell when you look at them. Easy to clean.

They arrived well packaged. Ridiculously easy to assemble. They look very nice and the steel supports/legs are very strong. The actual bench is a hollow box of thin wood... probably MDF board, but I needed them quickly for an event, and plan to replace the box with a live edge slab eventually. They're great for average use, but not big kids jumping on 'em!

Easy to assemble and they look great. Can't speak for the sturdiness as a bench, I use them as shelves in my kitchen and they look like they were meant to be there. Very happy with my purchase and quick shipping! I feel like they are a great value even with paying for shipping.

Cheaply made. Decorative tape masked over particle board. Some of it broke off and I had to tape it from peeling off. Just so happens that this is the only gray colored bench that matches my floor.Update: I've purchased a few more since a year ago which brings me to 12 benches for my business. I would of moved on to another brand or bench, but I was already committed to this color/type. I thought about re wrapping the benches, but it would of cost me more then the benches are worth. Moreover, since the last purchase the benches have since started to peel and the top wrapping paper has come off. It's really sad how cheap these benches are really made. Now I'm stuck with a real dilemma... spend the money to re wrap the existing benches or repurchase new ones. Save yourself and stay clear of this seller/brand.

These benches are lightweight yet sturdy and just the right height for our standard farm house dining table. We purchased the grey color, and the neutral shade compliments well our light ash colored table. The screw in glides on the bottom u-shaped metal legs (2 on each end) allows you to adjust against any wobbly-ness if the floor is uneven in any way, making the seating bench secure and stable. We would buy again.
